My husband booked me into neo clinic for a facial, massage and MediPedi - it was the most surreal and amazing experience from start to finish!! I'd rate it 100/10 if I could. The canapés, the hospitality and treatments were all out of this world! I've been for spa and clinical treatments before and let me tell you this was an absolute delight I can not recommend them enough and my friends and I will be back for the afternoon tea and treatment package Definitely worth the visit!!

I came with my fiancee for pre-wedding facials, when entering this clinic I loved the golden decor and chandeliers. I was met with great client care and was promptly taken to an amazing reception (see photos), where we were given free treats. We met the aesthetician who was very friendly and recommended the best treatments for each of us. The treatment itself was great and i noticed a lot of difference in both my skin and my fiancees, needless to say we have both made repeat appointments at neo clinic. I enjoyed the ambiance created in this clinic and recommend it.

I really enjoyed my Medi-Pedi and peel facial I booked in for 2 treatments before Eid and firstly I was stunned by the decor - it’s beautiful! Secondly both treatments were amazing my skin is still glowing, I’m so excited to have found this clinic in derby thank you girls xxx

If I could give more stars, I would! An absolutly beautiful clinic with the best service provided by staff! As soon as you enter, you are greeted with a warm welcome and made to feel at home. A beautiful, cosy ambience throughout all the treatment rooms. I have tried endless treatments over the years but hand on heart, this is the only clinic that did wonders on my skin with state of art equipment! Fiz has not only been immensely helpful and attentive at the clinic with bespoke treatments to suit your skin needs but also with aftercare! Can not thank her enough for making a huge difference to my skin issues which I had given up with! Always a pleasure going to the clinic and can not wait for my next visit!

Loved my first experience with neo elegance skin clinic. The staff are lovely and make you feel so comfortable, and the clinic is beautifully decorated it really feels luxurious. My skin is usually quite sensitive but after a consultation, Fiz made sure suitable procedures were carried out in line with my skin type and after 2 weeks my skin still feels better than ever. Definitely recommend starting your skin journey at neo!

One week a ago I had my second RF and Hydro facial treatment at Neo Clinic, at their new Clinic on Vernon Street. The clinic itself is posh and very exclusive. The results of my 2nd treatment were remarkable. A lot of fine lines disappeared and the skin felt so hydrated and supple the next morning. I am very pleased with my treatment and the results.
