Occasionally the reception staff are a little difficult to deal with however I have seen the abuse that they are expected to deal with
I don't often write reviews but I am sick of seeing negative comments.
S. 1.Really feel for the staff, the reception staff are much friendlier and helpful compared to another large practice not too far away, the nursing staff are great, doctor wise i don't know yet, but the ones i have met locum or not have been professional and helpful and do their jobs efficiently.
