J. P.Probably the best practice I've ever come across. Always easy to call and they reply to emails jusy as well.
I don't really have many reasons to get in touch, luckily, but things like ordering repeat inhalers or arranging an appointment is so straight forward.
The staff I've spoken to are all friendly and very helpful, so glad I registered.

L.Phoned today for an appointment at around 14.30 expecting to wait several days and offered two straight away at 15.00 or 15.20, I admit they were cancellations but it was also for Dr Forbes so an extra added bonus. So not only seen a Doctor within 40 mins of phoning I came away with an injection in my shoulder, “happy days” I have been with this practice almost 50yrs and I will not move from their catchment area over the years I have never had any reason to be disappointed. A great practice who always try to deliver excellent friendly quality care.
