Called up and booked in after being told I had an ear infection for it to actually have been ear wax lodged in my ear. The guy was so nice and made me feel relaxed and at ease as I was worried about the procedure. Hands down the best money I’ve EVER spent. Can’t remember ever being able to hear so clear.

Had my second visit here today for ear wax removal (had to soften wax following initial consultation). Cant praise the staff member enough. Procedure was painless, if a little weird having your ears hoovered!! I can literally hear a pin drop now following the removal of built up wax. Well worth the cost to have my hearing restored to a normal level again.

Extremely pleased with the service provided. I needed a set of hearing aids after years of exposing my ears to very loud noises at music events without protecting them properly. I also got a custom set of ear plugs made to use at concerts which helps filter the noise. Honestly, it's the best thing that I have ever bought!!! Also took my dad along for a hearing test and he was very happy with the service. Nothing seems to be a bother to them!

While traveling through Scotland (from the US), one of my hearing aid domes got separated from the main unit and was lodged in my ear. I went to the Dunfermline Hearing Center hoping they could help. It was a busy day and they were short staffed. Nonetheless, they greeted me warmly, quickly worked me into their schedule, removed the dome, gave me a new one, and sent me on my way with a smile and a handshake. I have nothing but high praise for the staff; they were friendly, caring and professional. I strongly recommend them to anyone who needs care with their hearing in any way!

Excellent service. Removal of ear wax. Martin explained the procedure thoroughly and gave me advice on ear care and how I can help keep my hearing safe. Being a musician I need to look after my hearing. I wouldn't hesitate to go back if needed and would definitely advise other people to go here. Great service.

excellent and professional service by the team. I needed custom moulded ear defenders as I was getting a lot of ear infections by using the ear cans provided by my employer and since getting the moulded set I have had no issues as they are filtered and fit perfectly

Popped in thinking I had ear wax ! They had a quick look and told me I had a ear infection and that I needed to go to my GP. They were friendly and helpful. I offered to pay for the consultation but they refused to charge me anything. Thanks.
