K. R.Rang on Friday.. Only waited on the line around five minutes.. Receptionist was very helpful offering an out of hours call today Sunday between 8am and 10am with the possibility of a visit later today if necessary. GP called at 8.03am and after describing the problem I was sent a link to send a photo. I had a follow up call immediately with no need for an appointment.. Reassured and job done. Great service during very difficult times. Thankyou
C. S.I cannot find fault with this surgery. The doctors, nurses and reception staff are excellent and extremely helpful. We are lucky to have such an excellent practice in our area.
J. S.I used e-online to get some advice for when a GP had time to contact me ..I received very reassuring information from
Dr Abbott which was clearly explained in terms that I
understood. She was totally honest and upfront with me offering several solutions which we have mutually agreed on.
I would encourage use of this type of service and offer a big thank you to Dr Abbott for listening to me ...which is of utmost importance in these awful isolating pandemic times
