M. B.We had a 4D scan recently, accompanied by our 2 young sons so thy could see their brother. We were all made to feel very welcome by the receptionist, and our amazing sonographer, Francesca. She didn't miss a beat, despite playful distraction!
What was key to us is Francesca's bedside manner. She made us feel un-rushed and was super patient with our questions.

The doctor called to help rectify the situation.
I was told I was having a girl and spent months so excited for my daughter when the ultrasound came and said it was a boy. I called this place back *in tears* asking them to redraw to confirm, their only response was "It's only 99% accurate" "gender is only 99% accurate" on repeat as if the lawyer only gave them one thing to say. Completely heartless.
T. F. P.I have no idea what the bad reviews are all about because my wife and I had the most incredible experience. We went for a 4D scan and were seen almost instantly. We had some issues in that our babies hand was over her face.
My wife was sent out to eat chocolates and fizzy drinks to get her to shift. No success. We got photos of her anyway, and were invited back for another appointment for free to see if she would move.
The second appointment showed what true customer service is. The persistence of the member of staff doing the scan was tremendous. She was determined to capture her. She was lying face down this time, and we had to leave on 3 different occasions to get her moving.
She was super patient and ultra friendly with us. We got there in the end, but in all honesty I wouldn't have minded if we hadn't because it's basic biology, and disappointment might come to some.
Overall the experience, the tranquil nature of the place and the friendly staff make it all well worth the money. They really go over and above to make your day special, regardless of the outcome.

C. Y.Before I went to this clinic, I was a bit worried as the rating is quite low compared to other private clinics. BUT everything is just absolutely going well!!! Friendly staff at reception and the sonographer is professional and nice. Don’t feel rush at all and really enjoy the bonding time with my baby when seeing the 4D images on the screen. I have tried so many different private clinics in Edinburgh and this is the best so far.

In to a panic, I didn’t want to risk an Amnio so got the blood test and it was money well spent to reduce my stress, the clinic was clean and calming, all staff very friendly and welcoming. I’m happy to say I now have a very happy, healthy, can’t turn your back for a minute 10 month old :-)

I do have to say upon reading the reviews, I was a little worried.
Our actual experience was great! Besides the clinic running a little late, the scan went well and Wendy was super friendly and knowledgeable. She answered all our questions.
The setting was great too.
