I popped into the clinic for my first hydrafacial and Cat was very warm and welcoming, walking me through the entire process. The treatment was so relaxing and my skin was noticeably brighter, plumper and glowing at the end of the session. I would highly recommend it and look forward to my next one!

I had my first peel and second visit to the clinic today. Ashleigh explained me through each step of the process and was making sure I was okay. It was a relaxing experience for me. After my first hydra facial by Ashleigh I was really impressed with the outcome and had a detailed consultation on what to do next. She had advised a treatment plan based on my requirements. My skin has reacted well with my first peeling treatment I can see visible difference and improved skin tone. I am looking forward to the next treatment with her.

My first hydra facial and first visit to Cavendish….what an experience it was! The level of professionalism and expertise Hannah had shown was fantastic. A real treat for my skin but also an education as I’ve truly neglected it and working in cosmetics thought I was using the right products for my skin. Hannah’s consultation was thorough and tailored to my skin’s needs, she was super friendly and instantly put me at ease. I wasn’t planning on buying skincare as I tend to be impulsive especially when I get amazing service however Hannah had shown me the Obagi kit which is an excellent way to try out the products and I liked how simplistic the regime was. I am so looking forward to my next facial in 2 weeks and am delighted with the results after yesterday. Thank you and well done Hannah, you are fabulous!

Today I took my first Hydrafacial and I am absolutely amazed by the immediate results. My face is glowing and looks clean. Thanks to Ashleigh for putting me at ease and explaining me the steps throughout the process. I have been neglecting my skin and I felt I needed to give myself some motivation. Ashleigh gave me a skin consulting and patiently gave me explanations as to how I can improve my pigmentation problems, skin texture, neck tan and importance of sunscreen. Personally the treatment is little pricy for me since I am new to skin care. Overall I am beyond satisfied with the experience.

Ive had a patch test at John Lewis Cavendish Clinic for laser treatment. I was a little nervous about getting Laser Treatment and if it would be painful, but if you can tolerate waxing/ threading you can definitely tolerate this. Very welcoming lady made me feel at ease and explained everything in detail, I felt reassured by her knowledge and experience of 5 years. She explained every step even though it was only a patch test The patch test was almost pain free and at worst felt like I’d gently pricked my self, the worst thing was the cooling gel which was very cold. Looking forward to starting full treatment in the middle of February and not having to wax or shave in the summer.

The Clinic is hidden away in John Lewis by the Jo Malone fragrance, but once you find it, it is simply the best. I have had problem skin so I am always picky about what goes on my face, and they make sure whatever you do is what's best for your skin. I've done the Hydrafacial for a few months now, and it's improved my skin so much - more hydrated, healthy and even less prone to monthly hormonal acne! I should say, it's not like a spa in that the focus is on really fixing and improving your skin, but actually I have found it really relaxing to be there because you can put the day aside. And if you happen to get Cat, she is wonderful, you and your skin can feel safe in her hands.

I have looked after my skin and was resigned to the fact that at 47 my skin is not what it used to be. I had heard about the Cavendish Clinic from a friend and booked in for a Hydrafacial treatment to see how it felt. I was welcomed into the clinic by Cat and she was extremely friendly and professional and asked my about my skin concerns whilst also discussing the products I use regularly. There was no pressure to buy and she recommended that I use SPF regularly. Next it was time for my treatment. My Hydrafacial incorporated many different product and left my skin glowing. I also noticed that in the weeks after my treatment, any products I used were absorbed more quickly and gave me much better results. I will be getting this treatment on a regular basis as I am so delighted with the results!!

I had the most amazing Hydrafacial at Cavendish Clinic. With other facials I've had before I can only notice the difference for around 24 hours. However, the results from my facial have been amazing - I have noticed a massive difference in my skin and will continue to go back for regular treatments. The girls at Cavendish are extremely informative, taking the time to go through what the hydrafacial would entail, what type of hydrafacial would benefit me the most and throughout the treatment guiding me through each step which made me feel very at ease. I enjoyed their service so much that I have recently been back for laser hair removal - and was just as pleased with the service and result! 10/10 - I have found my new go to in Edinburgh!

I have been to cavendish for a hydrafacial and laser hair removal. I was a bit apprehensive about the laser but Ashleigh was great. Taken it nice and steady till I was comfortable with procedure and made sure I was ok throughout. It was nearly painless which I was surprised at. I had the HydraFacial last week, including an Eye Perk treatment to target the eye area. The treatment was relaxing, deep cleaning and hydrating all in one. I saw an instant brightening and smoothness to my skin post treatment. I also had the HydraFacial Keravive scalp treatment. I have a dry scalp and fluffy baby hairs at the front of my hairline and so the treatment was targeted towards these areas. It was SO relaxing and I could feel an instant thickening to the hair in these areas. An added bonus to both of these treatments was that I got to take away the remainder of the product used on my eyes and also the product used on my scalp so I can continue to use these at home to enhance my results over the next month. I can't wait to see the final results of my Keravive treatment and treat myself to another HydraFacial asap! The staff were so lovely, welcoming and knowledgeable. A lovely experience all round!
