B. T.Called the surgery at 8am, managed to get and appointment and be seen by a doctor by 12. When I arrived. I got and excellent care from Dr. Rolfe, who get me appointment scheduled the same day at the hospital. Couldn’t be more happier with the care I received.
I also had a great experience getting my IUD fitted at the surgery a 1 year ago with amazing Dr. Robertson who was very kind and talked me through the whole process as well during the fitting to make it for me painful as little as possible!
1.I hold Colinton Surgery , its doctors , nurses and staff in the highest possible regard . I have had reason to consult the practice on a number of occasions this year and got medical attention of the highest possible standard - which quickly resolved the issues in question
S. W.A patient of this surgery was recently forced to stay for an extended period in Newcastle-upon-Tyne, due to unforeseen circumstances. She would have run out of medication before she returned home. I work in a busy community pharmacy in Newcastle and we contacted the surgery to see if they could email a prescription then post the original to us. A simple request in theory, but often excruciatingly difficult to sort out. In this case Margo in reception had emailed me a prescription within an hour. Fantastic service.
