N. K.The doctor spoke riddles around my head and when I walked out his office I realised not a single booking had been set in stone and nothing I had come there for was going to get taken care of without him even directly saying "no"
Also saw the mental health nurse. He's a nice guy, but felt like I needed to beg him to believe me that I had psychological problems and I still find myself playing the conversations in my head pleading with him to take me seriously.
I think a lot of this may come down to a limited NHS budget and the fact that many homeless people with more severe problems come in regularly to this practice.
