S. R.All staff - the reception team, the Drs and the pharmacy team - have been extremely friendly and helpful, which I particularly appreciate when they must be under a lot of pressure at the moment.
K. N.I have been a patient at Southfield Medical Practice for over ten years. I phoned all the local medical practices before making my choice, and I based the choice on the phone manner of the receptionists, who are kind, friendly and helpful, and the ease of their procedure for getting repeat prescription. So far, I have always found the doctors and the nurse courteous, helpful and appropriate, and the receptionists are absolutely lovely. One of the receptionists has worked there for years and she's kind, warm and friendly, with a lovely smile which makes every visit a social, enjoyable pleasure.

A.Josie, gillian, rhona and the other girls are a credit to this surgery and know all my needs and what I require nothing is to much trouble for them, I normally see Dr Dorward or Dr Telfer as I like to stick with doctors that know my background history and the practice nurse is also very nice All the staff are a credit to this surgery I can't thank you all enough for all that you have done for me over the years ❤
