L.Since the Barclay group have taken over there's been a massive improvement in every area of the surgery. Every member of staff in the surgery is extremely helpful, the receptionists, nurses and doctors are all equally as helpful. I have experienced communicating with various members of staff over the phone and in person in the surgery and have never had an unpleasant experience. The receptionists are always very cheerful and friendly, greeting you well when entering & leaving the practice, I have never been made to feel like I'm a bother to them, even during this stressful time with the current pandemic, when all our healthcare teams are under immense pressure, the receptionists could not be any more helpful. The nurses and doctors always make me feel at ease when I have an appointment with them. Always helpful, reassuring and put my mind at ease with any health issues I have had. The surgery itself is looking a lot cleaner and fresher too with ongoing improvements being done. I would definitely recommend this surgery.
C.Having been a patient with this surgery all my life I can honestly say that since Barclay have taken over there is a massive difference in the surgery over all. Nothing is ever a problem and all the staff are very friendly and go out there way to help. Reception & clinical staff are all extremely welcoming & helpful. When your not feeling well they are exactly what you’d want in a surgery, nothing is a bother & they put your mind at ease. Cannot rate them highly enough.

I recently was attacked by a dog and even though we're in a pandemic the surgery nurse, Danni saw me twice a week to clean and dress the wound couldn't ask for a better service.
Reception staff are friendly and cheerful.
The doctors & nurses make you feel at ease and listen to what you have to say and make you feel like your opinion counts on what decisions are made.
A. B.Phoned up 3pm yesterday looking for a letter from the GP for work travel requirements and was ready to pick up from 9am this morning. Phoned up a while ago looking for my vaccination record as well whilst out of Scotland and had it sent out within 20 minutes. Can't recommend enough, thank you Sharon and Dr. Byford.
M.Fantastic service, they do all they can to help. I can not thank Archie the Paramedic enough as he came to visit my 86 year old mum at home on several occasions. I've seen massive improvements in the surgery overall and all the staff are lovely.

Getting an appointment is much easier and if there is nothing left for that day a doctor will call you back. Reception staff are very accommodating and I always find the receptionist Sue very friendly and helpful.
