Missing from Wright big much.yes receptionist especially the 2 older have always been rude and uncaring.

before covid i rated this surgery at 5 stars unfortunately due too these stupid new changes the continuity of care i used too get has become none exist ant which does not play well with my mental health issues,,, but i must defend the reception staff they do a 5 star job and i am sure they preferred the old pre covid system in my opinion they do an excellent job in a very busy practise,i have been with this practise 50yrs and would never leave as i consider its 5 star effort but a 2 star system the nhs has installed
