I really wanted to get my eyebrows micro-bladed for a while now. I researched as much as I could in order to find the best results as my first experience in a different salon was not great at all! I came across Esteem Beauty and saw the great pictures and reviews all the customers left. Kasia explained to me all my options and which is actually best for my very oily skin type, so I decided to go with an eyebrow micro-pigmentation instead. Price-wise I think it is worth it! Kasia is amazing and has a great understanding of what will look best and be the best option for you! She is extremely friendly and greatly talented! I would recommend the salon 100%! All the girls working there are lovely and make you feel welcome and comfortable!

I found Kasia and the team to be both highly professional and super helpful in getting myself the look I wanted. Being a medical doctor, I was impressed at the entire process I went through from the initial consultation, to properly informing and consenting the client, to the procedure itself and aftercare. I have found in the past with other providers of the eyebrow service etc that informed consent and aftercare is sorely lacking, and sometimes the procedure itself - no worries about this with Kasia and the team. My eyebrows were an absolute mess. I had been thinking about microblading for a long time but felt a bit apprehensive. I needn't have worried, Kasia did a fantastic job, I can't believe how full and natural my brows look. It makes such a difference not having to spend time in the morning filling in my brows and then worrying about them disappearing during the day. I swear it's knocked a few years off me! I am NOT a beauty salon kinda person, so the fact that I LOVE this place is doubly amazing... I've just had semi-permanent make up (eyebrows) skilfully done by Kasia, and I am chuffed to bits! It's not cheap, and it stings, but the results are so worth it. All my friends have commented on how I look fresher and younger, but they can't tell what I have had done! Kasia's work is so subtle and personal - she understood what I wanted and I have a fabulous result. What a boost to my confidence. I was a bit unsure about getting some treatment done with the lines on my forehead, and wasn't convinced it would work. After one painless treatment session, I and many others noticed a real difference. Kasia was extremely professional in her approach and explained the procedure in great detail. Had permanent eyeliner done on my top lid. Proceedure was not painful and took about 2 hours. Professionalism and hygiene was first class. Slight puffyness on lids next day as expected, apart from that no after effects whatsoever. Result is a spectacular success. I wish, wish wish I had been able to have this done 25 years ago. I went to Esteem Beauty for a Skin Analysis treatment as I get dry skin on my face. I was recommended to get a a series of Skin Perfection Peel treatments as my skin was damaged underneath. Kasia, Paulina and Louise are very professional and made me feel very comfortable & relaxed in the salon. I run a business in nearby Queen Margaret Dr and Esteem Beauty is conveniently located for me. I enjoyed a few treatments over past two years and I was always absolutely satisfied. Customer service is second to none (I was really surprised to read some of the reviews, must have been posted by some jealous competitors! ;). The owner Kasia is a qualified cosmetologist, always giving wise advice, not like some beauticians after short college courses... I had mandelic acid peels done a few times, did wonders to my skin (I'm 30 but still have a lot of spots due to hormonal problems and other acids made it worse, this one is really good!). I also had nails done, it was some new type of varnish similar to gel, lovely chic shades. Once I had a facial including algae mask, very moisturizing and my face was simply glowing after that! The atmosphere and professionalism make me want to come as often as I can! highly recommended to all Westenders who like good quality services and relaxing ambience!

Shellac Manicure Review: I just got my nails done at Esteem Beauty. First of all the staff is amazing, both very welcoming and nice. Their student discounts allow us (aka the students) to take time for ourselves, to treat ourselves at very very reasonable prices! My Shellac Manicure was 15£ but the Salon proposes many different offers. The products used are very good and the staff actually cares about your wellbeing. The beautician helped me to pick the best products for my nails which were damaged from the previous salon where I went. I will definitely go again to try the waxing, the massage etc. Amazing quality for a very reasonable price!
