S. T.The girls behind the desk are lovely and very helpful. The Nurses are all absolutely brilliant, taking the time that's needed for you and are very kind. The GPs are ALL very good and don't push you out the door... The staff are doing their best, you can't ask for more. My wife and I feel that it's an EXCELLENT Surgery.

R. M.Been a patient for nearly 8 years. Very friendly and helpful. Good selection of doctors including a mix of male and female doctors to ensure everyone is catered for and can feel comfortable. They have an online system for requesting repeat prescriptions and making doctor appointments. There is a pharmacy just around the corner called Docherties and the doctors here can send your prescription to the pharmacy automatically where you can pick up the medication from.

The staff are always friendly and helpful, and the doctors I have seen have been unbelievably kind and thorough. M.As a USA based retired Scottish doctor I was very impressed with my recent interaction with the Grantley Medical Practice who were able to offer me an appointment within a twenty four hours. That was despite this being the peak winter virus season where GP practices are inundated. The staff were helpful on the phone and when I arrived. Most impressive was the thoroughness of my examination, the candid discussion on the findings and treatment options. I would be hard pressed to find a GP practice that was as professional in the USA. I hear many complaints about the Scottish NHS of which I am a life long defender. If the professionalism and customer service of the Grantley Medical Practice is the same across Scotland the Scottish people can be very grateful...
