I cant thank Paula enough for the help she has given me, from the moment I 1st spoke to Paula I felt relaxed and comfortable to talk to her. Paula has brought me back to my old self I was suffering from anxiety, stress and depression and my head was a mess Paula has help me listened to me and with acupuncture and cupping im me again. My family and i can't thank Paula enough for what she has done. I now go once a month for a wee top up. Paula saved my life if I'm totally honest. I have recommend paula to fanily and friends and would recommend Paula to anyone. She is totally amazing ❤️

I'm glad I found this place. I started going to this clinic for massage--I get tight shoulders sitting at a desk all day. Michelle was excellent, working out all my aches and pains...and she remembers for each appointment where my problem spots are. I also had my first acupuncture experience at this clinic, and it wasn't nearly as scary as I thought it would be. I came away feeling refreshed and relaxed. The location is also perfect, just across the street from Glasgow Central train station.

I have been attending the Health Rediscovered acupuncture clinic for a number of months now. I was a bit sceptical at first, but Paula was very helpful in alleviating my fears and concerns. My first time trying accupuncture and cupping I was slightly hesitant and nervous but Paula put me straight at ease explaining the procedure and chatting with me before my treatment. Paula was recommended to me by a friend. I have been suffering from sciatica brought on by periformis syndrome since the start of November. After 5 sessions I have recovered mobility and managed to come off my pain killers (gabapentin, cocodamol and diazepam). Utterly amazed at how well and quickly this has worked. I've been seeing Paula weekly, until lockdown :( , for 8 months for acupuncture and cupping to help manage nickel and cobalt allergies alongside PCOS and Obstructive Sleep Apnoea. As well as general aches and pains. I have experienced a massive improvement across all of my ailments with my weekly treatments being tailored to where I needed it most at that point whilst keeping the rest in check. I was really concerned about starting treatment only because I knew the normal needles would likely trigger an allergic reaction but Paula put me at ease instantly and ordered in gold plated needles to which I haven't experienced a reaction. Paula's bedside manner is one of knowledge, reassurance, intelligence and friendship. I am so glad that after months of searching I found her clinic. I haven't looked back since and can't wait to start my sessions again once lockdown is over.

I visited Michelle following a video appointment with Paula where we decided that a soft tissue manipulation treatment would be a good place to start. I had a recurring neck/shoulder/back problem that Michelle worked on for two sessions. Although uncomfortable at times, Michelle worked her magic on my knots (or nuggets as she calls them) and it was actually a “good” sore, if you know what I mean. It was the best money I have spent on a massage in years and I would definitely recommend Michelle to get you moving and in less pain

I was recommended to visit Paula for acupuncture by a friend. I was in constant pain, taking large doses of medication and feeling like I had no choices. Paula took time to really listen to the issues I was having and was very supportive, explaining everything clearly and helped me understand what her treatment could do. Immediately after my first acupuncture session I felt an easing of pain which in turn helped give me a sense of control. I have not looked back. Since then I have relied on Paula's treatment to improve my quality of life she is amazing!

I highly recommend Health Rediscovered to everyone. Paula & Michelle are not only very good at what they do, they are also kind, easy to talk to and very friendly. To be more specific I will leave some points below: 1. I struggled with stomach issues for many years. After I started seeing Paula the pain disappeared and the bloating was gone. This is how I manage my stomach issues these days. She is also very good when it comes to headaches, period pain, basically just tell her where your pain is and she will fix it. 2. For 12 years I have been suffering with pain in my hand, arm, neck. Two years ago it extended to my leg. Michelle & Paula treated me, the result was: the pain in my leg and arm disappeared and my hand is 90% better. 3. Beauty: Ask Paula for cosmetic accupuncture. I did around 10 sessions and I was very impressed with the results. 4. I was at the clinic last weekend and regarding the COVID they follow all procedures besides everything is always very clean. 5. I always feel extremely relaxed after the needles or the massage. It is a great way of managing anxiety and feeling calm. 6. Paula & Michelle are two loveley ladies who will make you feel healthy and good.

Brilliant clinic. I was quite skeptical of acupuncture when I first went to Health Rediscovered, because the pain caused by my Joint Hypermobility (in hips, knees and back) was so intense. However, Paula made me feel completely at ease. Her consultation was thorough, and I left her clinic feeling lighter and more relaxed. My experience of this relaxing, but professional service is that acupuncture has a magical power when applied appropriately. I had suffered hip pain for almost three years, having tried all the conventional treatments such as steroid injections which made no difference. A friend suggested Health Rediscovered and calling them was the best decision ever as I rarely even have discomfort now, far less chronic pain, and I can sleep again. I would highly recommend acupuncture as prescribed and over the period of time required for you as an individual.
