Had my first experience of micosuction wax removal with Rita Greig .I cannot praise her too highly for her reassurance and lovely manner . The whole process was quick but never felt rushed as Rita talked me through it all.I couldn’t believe the amount of wax removed ! To anyone hesitant about getting an appointment please go ahead and book. My only regret is that I didn’t book sooner and I will be doing so again in the future 🥰

The micro suction is far superior to the water based one. Rita does an excellent job and is very thorough and if you need an extra visit to complete the job there is no extra cost involved. It is worth getting both ears done as I had no hearing problem in my left ear but was amazed at the amount of wax that was removed which would have eventually blocked up the ear.

I was feeling quite apprehensive about having the ear wax removal as this was the first time having it done, but when I met and spoke with Steven I realised there was no need to be. The service was excellent and certainly not unpleasant and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Called for an appointment for my Dad ,spoke to Pauline who was lovely , very friendly and helpful. Received appointment for next day where we were met by Rita who again was very friendly. Dad had wax removed from both ears , Rita explained everything she was doing . 20 mins later my Dad can hear again. Would 100% recommend using Darroch hearing clinic

First class service , quick and no discomfort . The old syringe system at Doctor's surgery could be slightly painful but the microsuction system , apart from being noisy ,appears to be far superior .Very happy with the result and Rita puts you completely at ease .
