R. M.I have been with this practice for around 15 years,yes like most practices surgery it can be difficult to get through.When i do i have always recieved the best of health care.I have found the doctors and nurses to be approachable capable and caring.
A. O.I don't agree with reception asking what your illness is. I believe this is a strict confidentiality agreement between you and doctor. Nothing to do with reception. The reception ladies are very nice though.
M. Q.Very difficult to book an appointment with the GP, phone line is busy all the time!
A. C.The majority of the doctors are fantastic... they don’t rush you and take the time to listen to you in order to prescribe the right medication for your illness. They are quick to refer you, if you need to see a specialist! There was only one doctor that was rather rude and there is one receptionist who has a poor manner! I’m giving a rating of five, as most of the docs do go above and beyond to help you! Thanks Mearns Medical Practice!! 👍

A. N.Really good practice bent over backwards to solve issues caused by third parties. Always call back when they say they will in a timely manner. Appointments don’t take 2 weeks like other practices I’ve been working to. Normally same day or next day service from my parents experience.
