My experience with Seneca has been excellent through every step of my procedure. During my consultation I was given all the time I needed to ask any and all questions I had before committing to anything. I was given a detailed walk through of what the procedure would be like on the day. The day itself was a breeze, all the staff there were exceptionally kind and welcoming. I was brought in to meet the team who would be performing the procedure and after doing their final checks we were all good to go. My procedure lasted about 8 hours total including breaks and lunch, it was such a relaxed atmosphere I even dozed off at one point. After my procedure I was given my aftercare products and instructions as what to expect my recovery to be like, what I can do to help maximise my results and contact details if I had any problems or questions. It's now been 6 months since my hair transplant and I can't begin to explain how happy I am with my results so far. For well over a year there was no way I'd ever think of leaving the house without wearing a hat and was even reaching a point where I didn't feel comfortable staying in without one either. Thanks to everyone in the clinic I have came on leaps and bounds with my confidence.

I’m not 100% sure where to start in regards to my experience here. A customer of mine had researched extensively about where was best to go in the UK. Seneca was top of the list. He went last year and seeing the results progress in front of my eyes encouraged to have a simple, sensitive and no obligation phone consultation. There was no pressure but I provisionally booked a date that suited and didn’t need to confirm until a week later. Even once I’d paid the deposit, it was refundable up to 30 days before the procedure. All communication was swift, informative and made me feel like I was in safe hands. I arrived the day before my procedure to spend one of two nights in Glasgow, both included in the prices. This was also a good start as the hotel was really nice and had all that I needed. Also, it’s only 15 minutes walk to Seneca. So I could grab all that I needed on my way. The welcoming was sensitive and I was put at ease straight away. Most of what was to come was explained and I came into no contact with anybody who wasn’t a member of staff. It felt really exclusive to the individual. I was then guided into my own personal room which would remain mine for the day. It had all that I needed and was a door away from the procedure room. The staff all came in and introduced themselves. They were all smiley, patient, didn’t rush in any way, ensured that I knew all of the processes that were going to happen and gave a very extensive consultation. Honestly, I cannot believe how at ease I was made to feel given how nervous I had been in the lead-up. This didn’t change all day. It flowed and I took it in my stride thanks to the environment that was provided by Seneca and their staff. The anaesthetic injections were the only painful part of the whole process and it lasts for a very small amount of time. After the extraction, I was taken back to my room to sit for half an hour, relax and have some lunch. All very private. I was offered PRP but, again, this was never pushed on me. Just all the information that I needed to make my own choice. Then I was back in for the implantation. Facing forward I was given the controller for Netflix and sat there for the duration watching a movie and totally relaxed. It was a quick and painless process. Adrian gave me a run-through of some of the aftercare while Elza and Maya finished up. The room was clean, quiet and relaxing to be in. Never would I have thought that I could have gone through this process like it was a nice relaxed day out. Credit to Elza, Maya and Adrian for making it such an enjoyable experience. It went beyond my expectations. Now I know that I made the right decision to visit here for this procedure. Also a thank you to Alex for further aftercare and ensuring I had all that I needed before I left. I won’t know how the results will end up for months to come. However, in terms of experience, I wouldn’t go anywhere else or have any need to recommend anywhere else. You may have changed my life. Thank you Seneca.

Having spent plenty of time researching various clinics, I'm so glad to have chosen to go with Seneca. Now five days after my procedure, I honestly can't fault them; from initial video consultations, face-to-face pre-op consultations, organisation regarding the appointment and payments, everyone at Seneca was perfect and know how to make their clients feel welcome. Overall, happy with the customer care, procedure, products and results. Understandably, undergoing a hair transplant is a decision which takes serious consideration and I'll admit, the difference in advice I received from the three clinics I was in touch with was a bit much but I can honestly say that with Seneca, you have absolutely nothing to worry about. Personally, I was more concerned about the results than then the price but I can also say that Seneca priced up the procedure at a reasonable cost. The procedure itself went well. Relatively painless and during the second phase of the procedure, they suggest you just relax and watch Netflix on the TV provided. I mean, it doesn't get much more relaxed than that. I look forward to seeing the progress from here and if I do feel it's necessary for me to go undergo further treatment later down the line, I'd go straight back to Seneca.
