F.Woman (dark hair and specs) at reception was cheeky! Self check in wasn't working, went to the woman and told her my name and she starred at me and sighed "For!?" Told her I didn't know as it's my first time coming here and she just told me to go down to the other end of the practise.
Not all of us use the health centre a lot and don't know what to do, being nice and polite doesn't hurt.
