Went in here to get some herbal tea. They had a good selection and the two ladies working there were really nice and helpful. They also do massages and holistic therapies.

Great products, prices and service. Ordered on a Tuesday and arrived first class post the next day, 3 x 50ml glass bottles of base oils each bottle well wrapped in bubble wrap and the whole package then wrapped again in bubble wrap, can’t see this ever braking in transit. Products seem good quality but can’t tell yet, would use this UK company again.

I saw Nadine today and she was absolutely wonderful. I was with her for just over an hour, she listened intently to the details I gave her regarding my aches and pains and paid particular attention to my problem areas. The room was warm, comfortable and very relaxing.....the large glass of water beforehand was very refreshing. Nadine paid special attention to my aching hip, leg and shoulder. The oils she used were amazing, I smelt and felt wonderful. She's not scared to get right into your problem areas with gusto, and I will be really pleased to see her again. A really delightful and utterly relaxing experience, I feel pretty damn wonderful.

I think it's decent value. The sports massage is good. The Indian head massage was interesting. The reason for a 3 star rating is because 15 minutes of the 1 hour massage was spent just touching my face or almost holding my face. Maybe that's part of the massage but honestly I just felt myself getting agitated. It didn't say anything about that happening in the information or in the consultation. I've chatted to a few others about Indian head massages and no one else had that experience in other places. Obviously everyone practices differently. Maybe the idea was to effect a relaxed scenario but it just wasn't for me and it just had the opposite effect as I felt all the tension build right back up. Great for people with slow paced lifestyles I think. Not for people who want a solid 1 hour massage before they get right back into things.

I’ve had great experiences with Woodland herbs. I visit Catriona for herb healing. She is amazing. I often refer my singing clients to her. Andrew Currie is a fantastic massage and reflexology therapist. He has a powerful but gentle way about him and managed to evern sort out my sciatic nerve issues! I have always been a little shy about massage but he was a consummate professional and a very nice person. Well worth the visit.

Complimentary Medicine Centre consisting of herbs, Aromatherapy, vitamins and minerals, skincare and holistic treatments. Staff are fabulous,friendly and very knowledgeable of all products, great shop reasonable priced. So worth a visit. I wanted everything they showed me and definitely no pressure to buy, I like that! They also do classes ranging from Aromatherapy, detox courses, herbal first aid, nature walks identifying plants, herbs for medicinal uses and so much more.

I have been a regular client at Woodland Herbs for several years, receiving expert therapeutic massage from Nadine McBay. As a result of a chronic and very rare muscular condition, I am not the easiest of clients to treat. Nadine has gone out of her way to learn about my condition and give me massages tailored to my requirements. Since my muscles are often painful, what I need is someone who is able to adapt and massage me with a light touch. Nadine has been the perfect therapist in this regard. In addition she is skilled in several different techniques, like myofascial release, which are particularly beneficial to me. The ambience of the massage room is always relaxing; the perfect temperature, lighting, and quiet background music add to the therapeutic experience; the surroundings are always spotlessly clean. Not only can I find nothing to complain about, I have to say that everything regarding Nadine’s therapy and Woodland Herbs’ facilities is exemplary.

Very complete health shop, and great practitioners. I took a job where I have to lift heavy things regularly, and was worried that I would hurt myself. After a month my back and shoulders were quite sore, but took a massage from Andrew Currie and he sorted me right out.

I can not recommend Nicole Alexander highly enough. Due to a back injury I had occipital neuralgia - which means inflation of the nerves in the head. It was driving me crazy could not sleep and was nauseas. Nicole knew all about it and after our first therapy massage session I felt so much relief. I have had a further 2 and each time I have more days of feeling like myself and this is finally lifting. Always made very welcome and room lovely and cosy, oils and music fantastic. I am so glad I have found this place.

Great wee shop! Full of natural herbs from the earth. I buy chamomile flowers, dandelion root and valerian from this shop to make herbal teas but it stocks much more than that and the staff are very knowledgeable. Very reasonably priced too for pure natural products. One of my favourite shops!

Went for some help with a potential pulled muscle or disc issue, really relaxed environment, the guy working on it was really good and knew what he was talking about. By the next day had dramatically more movement and he taught me a few exercises to kinda coerce my body into behaving itself. Don't have a bad word to say about it...5*

I am an online customer. I have used Woodland Herbs to buy herbal teas/dried herbs and some essential oils. I would recommend this site to anyone and I plan to keep using them myself. Buying herbal teas from shops is often limiting, not great value and means you are only supporting big business. Woodland Herbs has a fantastic range of herbs and blended teas. The information on the site is very useful. The prices are reasonable. And, when they arrive you can see they are very natural, unadultered herbs/teas that taste really good. You can pay by Paypal, which always makes me feel more secure, and despatch is quick. All round excellent! :)
