M. K.Amazing service consistently. Cannot fault any Dr at this practice.
Each and every staff are amazing, one point to raise is there needs to be separate call handler especially with elderly patients having to stand for long periods is not fair. On the flip side we can completely understand staffing is a issue however, a small request have some small stools for elderly to sit on maybe whilst they wait.
I appreciate seating is available beside the reception, but I know elderly can get very tired. So every little helps 🙏

H. 2.Moved here after a terrible experience at another surgery, where an appointment would take 4/5 weeks, every time I have rang Longlevens surgery I have been rung back within 2 hours maximum by a doctor and have the option to send photo of injuries as opposed to going into the practice. Exceptional service throughout.

Nothing is too much trouble & the GPS visits are carried out with compassion and never rushed. The relationship we have with the surgery helps us to provide proactive healthcare to those we support.
c. p.Always great. All of the staff here and always helpful. Don't try fobbing you off either they'll hear you out and then refer for all of the right tests. Amazing wish I'd moved to this surgery before I did.
