s. w.A 3 hour wait with my son who has severe learning disabilities, is blind and non verbal is tricky. Most staff extremely understanding and helpful under very busy circumstances however the reception staff on this occasion were curt, dismissive and frankly need to dip their fingers into the milk of human kindness a little more and show some genuine understanding. Cannot fault care from everyone else from security guard to fellow patients.
R. M.I have been twice this week with my children and the service and staff are impeccable. From the security to the reception staff nobody could do anymore. My son has anxiety and they were so caring and attentive. Great triage and fantastic nurses. Thank you so much ☺️

E. R.staff really nice and friendly never had a problem it was a bit hit and miss when the other surgery emerged but thing have settled. All surgeries are very busy at this crazy time and in my experience the staff have always tried there best to help and Dr koshy is a fantastic Doctor prescriptions always ready on time thanks to Sally. YOU ALL DO A AMAZING JOB THANKYOU.

S. D.Brilliant service. Rang 111 and they made an appointment for me at 0900. Actually got seen at 0830. Lovely helpful staff from the security through to the dr I saw. Dont often need to use any medical services but this was a brilliant service
R. W.I never posted publicly before however in my experience I recognise this as a superb service. I walked in with an injury to my arm. I was covid screened and triaged. Prioritisation was excellent and I was attended to and treated by a nurse who really knew her stuff. She gave me me clear, concise instructions about aftercare of the injury and possible further problems to look out for and appropriate signposting should this occur.
l. m.Visited podietry today t 9 am and saw Holly. What an amazing service from this dedicated helpful young lady . I have been so worried about my feet and Holly listened and adressed every thing perfectly . I am getting my feet looked after by this amazing service now. And Holly has written to my gp for prescriptions to relieve nerve pain and treat fungal nail infection . Thankyo also to the very friendly young man on reception.
V.Went with a friend. Receptionist friendly and put us at our ease. Explained we might not be in the best place for the help we needed but we would be guided as to where we need to be.
Triage friendly and professional. Explained next step.
Nurse took observed and was reassuring. Told us where would be helpful and how to re register at a doctor's.
S. F.Difficult to get appointment to see a nurse. Near impossible to get appointment for a doctor.
They never ring you with results either, when they say they will.
I found nurse practioner Tracy Taylor Excellent. Highly professional and helpful.
