I first met Rosy in the summer of 2019 as I felt it was high time I dealt with the pigmentation on my face. We had a first consultation where she took the time to explain the procedure and I had 3 IPL treatments one month apart. They are not pleasant (!!!) but well worth it. The before and after pictures are very telling. Skin is so much clearer and brighter. It has that lovely glow. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Rosy is professional but also very warm. Perfect combination!

Amazing results with Geneo 4-in-1 facial and FLEX LIGHT treatment - I can thoroughly recommend Rosy for wonderful facial treatments. I have been a customer for about a year now to have monthly eye and lower face treatments using the eye revive to tighten and soften my lines which I have had fabulous results and lower face resurfacing and smoothing, again with fab results( you can see my before and after 6-week photos on Rosies website). My skin is even more improved now since having the monthly top up. However, I fancied an extra treat and a relaxing facial. So I booked to have the new GENEO 4-IN-1 all over facial treatment, providing exfoliation, revitalization, oxygenation with tightening & con- touring. Not only did I find it relaxing I actually felt as if my skin was being completely refreshed. I added at the end of my facial a session of Flex LED light treatment to provide a little extra boost to assist collegen production and hydration and some extra glow. I have to say it was a very relaxing experience and the results were wonderful, I received compliments on how fresh my skin looked and this was 2 weeks after my treatment. I can really recommend these treatments with Rosy who will certainly give you a very warm welcome.

I’ve just finished a bespoke course of MDB and peels and I am delighted with the results. Rosy is so professional and knowledgable about all things skin! I had never really had any skincare treatments and right from the initial consultation Rosy put me at ease and really listened to my concerns about my skin and what I was looking to improve and put together a bespoke course of treatments for me over 6 months (interrupted by Covid but resumed as soon as possible). The Alumier products used are brilliant - the best skincare products I’ve ever used and the only ones I’ve ever seen a noticeable long term result from! All Covid safety measures are in place and with Rosy’s medical background I felt particular safe in her hands having these treatments. Highly recommended!

She gave us fantastic advice not just about products but also about lifestyle changes. Combined these have made a significant improvement in his skin and in his confidence. Rose has a room in the Encore Wellness Centre in Needham Market. I usually park on the road outside with no problem and there is also a car park a two/three minute walk away on the right hand side. At the very worse there is a car park through Needham High Street on the left hand side so there is never a problem parking which is very important to me. The Encore Wellness Centre has many independent therapists who I believe all rent a room. If Rose is not free another therapist will always look after you. The reception has flowers and tea coffee or a drink are always offered and there there is a jar of wrapped sweets or biscuits to help yourself too. The toilet is very clean with added extra touches of combs brushes hairspray etc. Rose of Crystal Rose Skin Clinic as always run on time and is always very welcoming and friendly. I have had a course of three of her new 3Juve machine for Pigmentation and thread veins and I am very very pleased. The first treatment was a little bit painful and I had a lot of tiny scabs but not enough to worry about or stop you going out. In fact I was pleased as it meant that the machine had treated tiny marks on my face that I didn't think any thing could be done about. The second and third treatments a month apart were less painful with less scabbing as the pigmentation faded. I have been so pleased with the treatments Rose has given me I am now having a course of treatments to tighten the skin and hopefully give me a natural lift by stimulating collagen product. I have also had one treatment on my hands for pigmentation which has lighten them. I think I will be a client for the foreseeable future as I have been so pleased with the treatments I have had and have full trust in the treatments Rose recommends to me.

I have just completed my course of IPL hair removal treatment over a six month duration, and I cannot recommend Rosy enough! She is a lovely woman and is very informative, knowledgeable and professional - ensuring I am comfortable and assured about how the treatment works and the effects. The results were so noticeable even after the first treatment. I highly recommend IPL laser treatment - it is rather minimal discomfort and a lot kinder on skin in the long run than shaving, waxing or bleaching. Rosy provides many different skin treatments and expanding her services as well, so do check out her website! For anyone not local, there is free parking on Needham Market high street or just passed the clinic on the right there is more free parking by the station.

I first went to see Rosy as I been brought a gift voucher for a facial. I was made to feel so welcome by Rosy's friendliness and professional manner. We discussed the type of facial I was going to have which would suit my needs. I was so impressed I ended up booking a course of 10 specifically for the eye revive as I wanted to improve my crows feet and dark circles, these are usually carried out 2 -3 days apart with monthly maintenance. After 10 treatments I could start to see an improvement but decided to book another 5 before starting my once a month maintenance , I was so glad I did as the results were fab, judge for yourself my before and after pictures are on the website. I have also started having the new Rejuv skin tightening around the jowels and have been quite amazed by how this has responded after just 2 treatments, I am looking forward to seeing the results after the 6 treatments.

I have just completed my course of the CACI facial with Rosy at Crystal Rose Clinic and I can not begin to say how amazing my experience was not only with the results of the facial but with Rosy herself. Rosy was amazing from the day I walked into the door. I originally came to discuss something completely different but with her knowledge she helped me find something suitable for me. I completed a 10 part course of the treatment and I was amazed with the results after only having a couple. We discussed skin care in every aspect possible. I have purchased serval creams off her which include the sun cream, exfoliator and eye cream. She promised me these products were amazing and I believe her! the sun cream is amazing with a matt finish, light enough to cover with makeup on your days out. The Eye cream is a keeper! I'm never using another. And finally the exfoliator is stunning. I have always loved skin care but I wasn't much of an exfoliator, I can now say I have been converted. I always keep to natural products and everything that Rosy sells has been FDA approved and have the best natural products on the market. The CACI is incredible, if you are looking for firmer, fresh looking skin without those injections and going under the knife. I would 100% recommend this treatment! Finally Rosy! She is amazing at what she does. She is passionate, educated and one of the nicest, caring people I have ever met! She has catered to my needs in every way. I have been looking for a skin care specialist who can take after all my needs for some time. I have visited a few places which have been good but I can honestly say I will not be letting anyone else take case of skin from now on, other than Rosy!
