h. d.I have been at this doctors since I was born 31 years ago and have found them helpful most of the time but in the last 4 years they have gone downhill the booking and appointment making is ridiculous and you can never get an appointment they have missed a couple of serious illnesses with my children that could have ended horribly. They also recently stopped replacing contraceptive coils without telling their patients mine has now run out and the awaiting list everywhere is insane.

J. P.The Dr's at this surgery are all very friendly, they listen and help the patient rather than give more pills and send you away. The Dr that myself & hubby see at this surgery couldn't be anymore helpful and understanding, she really is a lovely person.
A. W.We had been at the Ivry Street Surgery for a couple of years after thankfully moving from the dreadful Two Rivers Surgery. The doctors and all but one of the staff ( that very rude receptionist that keeps on getting mentioned ! ) have all been fantastic. If there is a serious problem the doctors I've seen WILL sort it out even if it takes longer than the permitted time. My favourite person at the surgery is the Scottish receptionist / nurse. She is always cheerful and has a wonderful sense of humour. It is such a shame that we have now moved about half a mile outside the catchment area and have had to leave Ivry Street Surgery. Thank you very much to all ( but one ) of the staff.

c. g.I had blood test done here twice by Lili and she really helped me go trough the needle fobia. She is one amazing lady. All doctors that I have seen so far were helpful and willing to investigate and help me.

K. G.Ivry street surgery is the most stable and consistent practice in Ipswich. Most surgeries have ongoing problems, terrible staff shortages and conflicts. Ivry street has great doctors, a great nursing team; and an established professional office team. If anyone has/had the inclination to leave a negative review I'd urge them to experience other surgeries before they do so. Keep up the good work.
