I visited the clinic after going from walking 7-10 miles a day to having difficulty walking from my living room into my kitchen. My GP was useless and didn't even want to see me. After 3 months of suffering I was getting very worried about my limited mobility and terrible knee pain. I had a consultation, ultrasound and x-ray with Josh Wheatley then I went back for an ultrasound guided steroid injection after learning I had severe femoropatella osteoarthritis and a ruptured baker's cyst. I visited Clinic 360 for treatment to a long standing problem with Iliotibial Band Syndrome, I was booked in to have a corticosteroid injection into both knees. From walking thru the door I got the impression that the practice looked very modern and clinical. The entire consultation and procedure was carried out in a very professional and agreeable manner by Michael who kept me fully in the loop at all times by explaining exactly what was going on and what he could see from the Ultrasound examination. I had been suffering for some 8 weeks with severe pain in my left wrist/thumb joint, leaving me struggling to write, cook and keeping me awake at night. Very swollen and painkillers, splints and cold/heat treatments ineffective. My GP put me on a waiting list for a steroid injection, but I was told it would be a minimum of ANOTHER 12 weeks. I rang Clinic 360, who could not have been more helpful and I was able to go very promptly. Josh did an ultrasound prior to the injection, explaining that the problem was definitely in the joint and not tenosynovitis as my GP had diagnosed over the phone. The injection WAS very uncomfortable for a couple of minutes - a burning/stinging pain, but within a couple of hours the difference was just amazing! I had the best night's sleep for weeks, the swelling in my wrist is now more or less gone, but most importantly, so has the pain! Very impressed with the service provided and all staff I met there. Would recommend this to anyone suffering chronic pain!

He always listens carefully and backs up his diagnosis with examination and a detailed ultrasound before advising on ways to manage the joint pain. Josh has radministered hydrocortisone injections for my pain; recently this included both thumbs. The treatment I have received from 360 has been quick, efficient and with long-standing success. It has enabled me to continue touch-typing without loosing speed and I am able to continue to contribute successfully to my NHS team. I highly recommend this friendly and empathetic clinic if you are struggling with musculoskeletal pain, they have a variety of treatments available to help you.

I have been in pain for quite a while. Went to my doctors who sent me for X-rays. It came back with arthritis in hips. I had to make appointment with a NHS physio. Believe it or not but it was over the phone! He diagnosed me with a condition and told me to look it up on the internet. As soon as I started reading I knew I didn’t have what he said. as my late husband had the symptoms on the internet. My symptoms were nothing like that. I went to Clinic 360. Had a consultation with Josh who agreed. He gave me a really good examination. I’m going this week for a X-rays then hopefully the treatment I need to get rid of this pain. I attended Clinic 360 for an assessment with a view to receiving a Cortisone injection in my Arthritic hip. I did indeed have the injection. Clinic 360 were both friendly and professional. I could not fault the clinic or the way all personnel conducted themselves. Unfortunately the injection has not relieved my pain whatsoever, in fact I believe it may even be worse. I'm sure it works for many, just not in my case.

Recent appointment with Josh because of very painful knee limiting my ability to walk without a stick. Josh carried out an examination using ultra sound & explained the probable cause of the pain. Following a steroid injection guided by ultra sound, I have seen a good improvement. It is only 3 days since the treatment, but I can now walk without the stick, (although I still have significant pain). Josh advised that it could take a while longer before feeling the full effects of the injection. All in all & very positive experience & recommended.

Recently had an injection into my shoulder. Found this clinic on a Google search as NHS not providing this service at present due to COVID restrictions. Asked lots of questions before making an appointment which Joshua responded to quickly and professionally. Excellent and safe treatment once again. I had another steroid injection and some fluid removed from my arthritic knee. COVID - 19 precautions were very strictly enforced. Helen asked an extensive set of questions before I could have the treatment. Josh was very professional with the procedure and I didn’t experience any discomfort.. A very positive and reassuring experience, with a more definite diagnosis than I'd previously had from 4 visits to NHS Physiotherapy who seemed reluctant to offer a definitive reason for the pain I was suffering in my neck and shoulder. A previous long-standing injury to my rotator cuff was discounted, with the definite cause of the problem being identified as a trapped nerve in my neck. While the problem was not resolved there and then, the further need for an MRI scan to identify the exact cause of the nerve trap and I was able to be more assertive with my GP to get an appointment for a scan which is now booked. I recently attended the clinic which is in a modern pleasant building and saw Mr. Chris Creaghan. I was very impressed by the professionalism and kindness shown to me. I have been suffering from severe back pain and had given up ever finding relief from the pain. The NHS have been useless - I was offered an appointment at a pain clinic in March! After a consultation and ultra sound I was given three injections. I am pleased to say the pain has almost disappeared and I feel I can walk again without the pain. I may need another two injections but I feel confident that I am almost back to normal mobility. I can highly recommend the clinic. I just wish I had found them earlier!

I had a frozen/impinged shoulder for 10 months,and could not get any help from the NHS,apart from some suggested exercises.....At no point did they tell me I could get it done privately!! Clinic 360 came up on a search,I rang,booked attended and am out of pain for the first time in a year. Professional,modern and great communicators....you are shown on an ultrasound what your problem is,advised on a course of treatment,given detailed treatment notes,and was in and out in 40 MINS!! Never wrote a review for anything in my life but feel compelled to share my experience. I traveled to Leeds from Newcastle to visit clinic 360 quite a long way to go but was well worth the journey. I had been having problems with my shoulder for quite a while and felt as though a ultrasound guided injection might help when i googled places that done the procedure there wasnt to many and the ones that did meant I would have had to wait a few weeks and with working away this would have been difficult. I rang clinic 360 on the off chance they could squeeze me in and was able to get an appointment the next day. I was a little wary as the price of £160 for an ultrasound and injection was much much cheaper than anywhere else I had rang but I went along and seen a guy called Chris who was an expert in his profession, he was genuinely a really decent guy who was very good at his job and put me at ease and gave me some excellent advice for going forward and managing my injury. After having the injection couple of days later was when i felt its benifit most now although it will probaly never be 100% it is so so much better and more manageable and was worth every penny and will go back in a heartbeat as and when is needed.

Had 2 very sore shoulders and after a consultation i had the guided ultrasound injection in both shoulders. Couldn't be happier with the results i was back in the gym 3 days later and sleeping fine. Best of all the cost was 75% cheaper than the BMI hospital i had the exact same treatment last year. Having put up with deteriorating knee pain for the past 2/3 years and after a not successful visit to my doctors for cortisone injections in my knees in January 2019 I found Clinic360 on google. Impressed by the reviews, I made an on line app. for 13 March. I found Chris to be extremely friendly and knowledgeable, after a fairly lengthy consultation he recommended two different courses of treatment one for each knee which I undertook. The whole procedure took 80/90 minutes. I went into the appointment wearing Knee support bandages but came out pain free and light on my feet with my supports tucked under my arm! A week later and having walked some 3 / 4 miles at the weekend, the pain has gone so looking forward to my upcoming fishing trip to Scotland and wading in the rivers again trying to catch a Salmon. All the staff are friendly, unassuming and very professional, I would recommend them to anyone. As Chris told me: Go and enjoy your fishing!

Having been diagnosed with osteoarthritis in December, I was resigned to an increasingly painful future with limited mobility. I was taking ever increasing doses of painkillers and the pain was getting worse. I live in Mid Wales but am currently staying in Harrogate for the foreseeable future so fortunately, I was able to take advantage of making an appointment to see if Clinic 360 could alleviate the pain. It was probably the best decision I've made in a very long time. Chris and Josh are very welcoming and professional in their approach. After an ultrasound on both my knee and hip, and an in depth explanation of what was happening, Josh suggested that an ultrasound guided corticosteroid injection into my hip would be the best option for relieving the pain in my groin and knee. This was last Thursday and I'm thrilled to say that I am now pain free, walking instead of hobbling and able to move freely and play with my 4 year old grandson. I wholeheartedly recommend this clinic.

Fantastic service from the team in Leeds, I've been treated both by Josh and Chris who both show high professionalism and knowledge. I first came to Josh and Chris for treatment on my knee post op, after rupturing my patellar tendon and then struggling for 2 years with knee pain despite having had physio therapy from many top level physio therapists. Josh and Chris explained how an injection in my knee could help ( ostenil plus ) to help replace lost synovial fluid due to surgery, took me through all the ins and outs of what to expect and had answers to any questions I had. I'm a very inquisitive person and like to learn as I'm being treated so both Josh and Chris took the time to explain in fine detail. Not long after i sustained a back injury due to my profession, I decided to try clinic 360 again who quickly managed to secure me an MRI in a short amount of time and then follow up with a treatment plan from then onwards after going through the findings. I much prefer this method as many physio clinics generally seem to guess the underlying problem. Clinic 360 saved me a lot of time due to the MRI and offered me a practical approach to treatment from those findings. All of which got me back into work much sooner! After suffering pain in both hips for nearly two years and being placed on the NHS waiting list here in North Wales for a total hip replacement, earlier this year I developed excruciating pain on the inside of my left knee, seemingly for no reason. There was no respite from this relentless pain, it was totally debilitating. I also suffer with a damaged right knee, no cruciate ligament, osteoarthritis etc (the joy of too much contact sport as a young man!), and was at a stage where I found it difficult to tolerate the levels of pain I was at. I visited my GP and requested stronger painkillers than I was on, (8 Zapain and 2 Naproxen per day) but was told this was not an option. I researched the internet thoroughly and was fortunate enough to find Clinic 360, and made an appointment to attend in early March. I had an initial consultation with Chris explained that my right hip and left knee were the two most painful joints, and my intention was to have these treated first and then my left hip and right knee treated a few weeks later. Following an ultrasound scan I was told that an injection would benefit my hip, but it was unsure as to how much benefit my knee I would gain from an injection to my knee. I elected to have both done and within a day my hip pain had subsided and after about three days the knee pain was reduced to a much lower level that allowed me to do day to day tasks and DIY jobs and to feel so much better within myself. I had the opposite knee and hip done four weeks later and again benefited from much reduced pain. The relief in my left knee lasted about two months, the pain in my right hip has started to come back and that is after about 5 months. The pain in my right knee is still much reduced 4 months on, and I have had my left hip replaced last week. Sorry to have gone on a bit, but I know that many people suffer with hip pain and it really does affect your lifestyle in so many ways, and I would say that the treatment offered here was so beneficial to me, that if you suffer the same symptoms then do not hesitate to use this service, it will ease your pain as you wait to move up the list. I have a post op follow up with my excellent surgeon in the next six weeks where he will try to sort out my knee before replacing my other hip next year, and I fully intend to visit the Clinic again after this consultation to have some interim treatment. Again, apologies for going on, I suppose I could have just said they're excellent!!

Recommendations came about Clinic 360 in Garforth so i decided to give them a call, and now i wonder why i didn't do this sooner. We discussed where the pain was coming from and they asked many questions to try and establish the problem. After careful examination through the ultrasound and also body examination, the problem was quickly resolved and dealt with in the best possible way. Now I am back working and playing sports pain free after rehabilitation techniques from Josh and Chris. I really couldn't recommend Josh and Chris enough to anybody who is suffering from any slight niggles, to more serious pains or sports injuries. These guys really know what they are talking about and diagnose fast to get you on the right path to recovery. I’m a international athlete, and choosing the right clinic isn’t always easy, so I always do my research. Let’s just say, the 360 clinic passed. The clinic 360 website was also very helpful in providing information that I was looking for, so do go and take a look for yourself. After a quick and easy phone call, I was booked in for a initial diagnosis appointment. Chris and Joshua, are both highly qualified professionals who only have the patients best interests at heart. I am very thankful for both of their hard work, advice, care and professionalism while I was at the 360 clinic. I’m back to full health and keeping in contact with the clinic regularly for check ups etc. Since then I have also sent my brother to the clinic and recomended 360 clinic to many athletes who’re home for the summer. When your in pain this is the place to be,I’ve been three times for injections now and won’t hesitate to go back again I’ve had no trouble whatsoever after my injections, the pain is gone within 24 hours after the sting of injection has worn off give it a try, you don’t get anywhere at the doctors these days and wait months for hospital appointments while your in agony, he’s a lovely man that injects you he can see on screen where you need injecting so you get injected in the absolute right place and you hardly feel a thing, it’s a small friendly clinic.

I went to 360 clinic last week and I have to say this is the most friendliest clean and most professional place i have visited I spoke with consultant who absolutely put me at ease the minute of my consultation he explained everything to me and did an ultrasound and showed me every thing he was looking at I originally thought about injection for carpel tunnel but he explained that he thought I would be better waiting as I am shortly hoping to get my carpel tunnel surgery and I cannot thank him enough I have been to other places that just want to make money out of you and the consultant I saw was friendly and professional so if you are thinking of going to clinic 360 I would highly recommend them I will be using them in the future

Only disappointment is I didn’t find these guys sooner. I had a long standing knee issue. After an in depth consultation, followed by ultrasound and further analysis and knee drain - I couldn’t be happier. No need for arthroscopy. Would give more stars if they were available, was a fair drive for me to get there but well worth the visit. Was seen by Mr Josh Wheatley, he was excellent, I went for a Cortisone injection as referred for on by my GP but was at least 3-4 week wait on the NHS so decided to go private. Upon arriving Josh asked me my history and about the issues with my shoulder and did an ultrasound, he put my mind at ease all the way through and he then said it was too soon as I had only just re-injured my shoulder 5-6 days earlier and to have a cortisone injection now would do more harm then good so advised against it. They really care about the patients here, it's not just about making money like other private practices I've been to. I would definitely recommend them to anybody and everybody and would visit again even with the distance (59 miles away from me) at the drop of a hat if I needed too.
