V. B.I joined this practice in the summer and was very nervous about changing doctors (my previous GP left the profession). I have been treated with enormous respect on every occasion and listened to properly. It’s been such a relief to find this practice! I love that it’s possible to get appointments in advance or by ringing at specific times on the day too. I’ve always been made to feel so welcome by everyone there and I’ve had quite a few ongoing health problems since I joined so have seen several of the GPs and nurses, and the reception staff are also lovely. I have particularly found Dr Devany’s clear, respectful approach to helping me understand what’s going on, and the fact she made it clear we would make decisions *together* based on evidence, helpful. I can’t recommend this practice enough, and that’s from someone who struggles with going to the doctor!
