C. S.Can't fault them. Been a patient since I was born and never any issues, as I understand how busy they are I tend to send E-consults when I need a Dr's advice. If the Dr needs to speak to me they will then ring, usually the following day. The receptionists are lovely and will go above a beyond for you if you treat them with the respect they deserve...which is alot!
K. S. S.Moved here from my old surgery and they've been so efficient it's unreal. No issues with my long term repeat prescriptions and they always get a doctor to call me ASAP for me or my daughter rather than go in during covid pandemic. Never had a problem and reception were so helpful in signing up and setting up online access too. Can't fault them at all :)

k. L.I'm unsure why the reviews are so poor. Iv had zero problems in the 13 years iv been here. If you have a serious issue it's easy to phone and get a doctor call back the same day. If the doctor thinks its serious they will squeeze you in same day also. Receptionist have always been polite enough, zero problems. I'm carer for a patient there too and it's easy enough to sort any issues out, as she has aphasia and cannot speak. 5 star review from me.
S. H.I was dubious to join this surgery with the reviews not being great, but as I was moving in to the area I joined along with my daughter. I can only compliment the surgery on how well they have looked after me and my daughter since joining. The triage service is great, my daughter was seen same day for an ear infection, they prescribed meds and when I called later from home as her ear had begun to bleed, I had a call back within 5 minutes from the Dr explaining why this would happen and that if I was still worried I could still take her back in.
I was also offered a same day physio appointment when I pulled my back and was given exercises to help.
I have just called in now to make an appointment and although there have been no cancellations at present, the receptionist explained to me how the online system works in case I cannot get through on a morning.
They are so helpful, I would definitely recommend.
Z. S.Staff are very friendly. One time I had a person on the phone who was a little bit unfriendly at first but we all have a bad day sometimes. Yes you mostly wait passed your appointment time but in return I never felt rushed by a doctor. No matter how many questions I ask, they take their time and answer everything. The receptionists do anything to help. I rather wait a bit longer and be treated with patience than getting in on time and be rushed out.
No GP is perfect . Mistakes happen everywhere and THE people here try their best.
K. T.Never had a problem getting in to see the doctor. If I can't get an appointment, reception ask what my illness & get a doctor to give me a ring. Staff are always friendly. Once I have an appointment I don't tend to wait long to be seen once in the waiting area
K.Soooo hard to get an appointment obviously I understand it’s a GP it will be busy but I have to continuously ring 30 times at 8.30AM on the dot and then the next appointment will be in 2 weeks by which time my symptoms will have got worse. The staff are lovely though
