Amazing experience! Amy made me feel very comfortable and explained everything she was doing at each stage of my hydra facial. Very peaceful and relaxed environment. Results were better than expected, Amy showed me the junk that came out of my skin after the treatment, leaving my skin feel refreshingly smooth.

A straightforward process to book my appointment for Ear Micro Suction treatment recently. I was seen very promptly and courteously by Doctor Rashid who thoroughly explained the procedure : this took less than 5 minutes per ear to complete with the modern equipment. I experienced no discomfort whatsoever either during or after the procedure which is safer than syringing. Very happy - if I ever require repeat treatment I'll return to The Leeds Clinic!

My second time visiting The Leeds Clinic for antigen tests and it's the only place I will ever go. Emmaleigh made the booking process easy and stress free. The service was excellent and staff were welcoming and polite The staff always go above and beyond and the certificate is sent straight away. Definitely recommend!

I had an antigen covid test required for travel at the clinic. I called the practice to book and they were able to offer a suitable appointment, even recommending the best time to come based on my travel plans. On arrival I was immediately seen by the practitioner. The test was carried out efficiently and a verbal result given there and then. The document required for travel was sent by email within half an hour. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would confidently recommend this practice.

I came here for a Kenalog injection for hayfever. Easy online booking system with plenty of slots including Saturday mornings. Easy enough to find - I don't think the clinic has parking but it was easy to park right outside on the street. Really friendly welcome with a coffee, super quick and efficient appointment, and the doctor was very informative and professional. The Leeds Clinic was more expensive than other options that I'd seen for the same treatment, but the injection was done by a doctor in a professional medical setting - some other providers had dubious qualifications and locations, so I think it was worth paying a bit more for the reassurance of a proper setting and practitioner. Altogether a great experience - just need to wait and see if the injection works now! I'll definitely be back next year if I get decent results from it.

I visited The Leeds Clinic to try the new Hydrafacial and decided to book an IV infusion and a neck & shoulder massage. I felt totally pampered. My skin glowed immediately and for at least a fortnight after. The infusion gave me a much-needed boost of energy and Emmaleigh's massage skills were INCREDIBLE. I'll definitely be back. Came all the way from Manchester as I knew the service will be amazing and I would get looked after so well as I have come here before- I got my hydrafacial & chemical peel done yesterday and my skin feels so hydrated and refreshed! I experienced the led lights & lymphatic drainage and it helped with my redness and calmed my skin down after my chemical peel- I would highly recommend The Leeds Clinic do not miss out on the experience that I had! If I could give 6 stars I would - I had an urgent travel requirement, and less than 24hrs to have a PCR test.... the clinic fit me in between other appointments without any complain - literally I have them 15 minutes notice that I was coming to see them! Great service and lovely people - they care about what they do and the people the help.

A first class Covid-19 'Fit to Fly' test from Leeds Clinic with results to our email addresses with 24 hours. The 'back of the throat' swab was taken by a friendly nurse, who then handed the swab to us for the 'up your nose' part of the test. She explained clearly and calmly the procedure, all very re-assuring. You have complete confidence in the Leeds Clinic from the outset, a real person actually picks up your telephone call and talks to you! Having tried to book tests with providers who do not communicate with you, it is good to know that Leeds Clinic provide the service you pay for. Highly recommended as a fuss free, no stress service provider.

The whole process is so quick and easy and the team at the clinic are wonderful and guide you through every step of the process and even offer help on how to deal with gagging reflex, which will come in very handy!!!

I had had a blocked ear for a week and it was ringing loudly. I booked an appointment here for microsuction therapy - the staff are really experienced and capable. I was treated by Dr Rashid and he was very effective - my ear was completely better by the end of it. Very impressed by the whole experience - it looks like a normal house from outside but inside it’s very well-equipped and has the feel of a proper clinic. It’s also very reasonably priced - they did my ear for half the price of anywhere else but there was no sign of any cost cutting. I’ll be using Leeds Clinic in the future.

Dr Rashid and his team were so kind and helpful yesterday when I was late for blood tests because the Consultant I had seen was running over . As I have difficulty getting away from home being a full time carer , they squeezed me in still and I have never had such painless and trouble free blood tests . Dr Rashid also gave me a professional contact to help me with my elderly mother's care . He went above and beyond and having just lost my husband and my father , I really appreciated and needed his support . I can't recommend this team of caring people highly enough .

The Leeds Clinic was a total lifesaver! We spent 2 hours in a&e waiting to be seen, until we left after being told we had an additional 4 hour wait time. I frantically searched for a trusting private clinic that could schedule an appointment as soon as possible. Thankfully I stumbled across The Leeds Clinic! They were able to schedule an appointment to be seen within just a few hours! The receptionist, Kay, is such a kind, patient woman who is eager to help find you the care you need. The clinic is under new ownership, so they are still in the process of finishing renovations. But don't let this put you off! The facility is easy to get to, with parking options, and very clean! The doctor was super knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. If you are tired of waiting weeks or months to be seen by a doctor, I highly recommend this clinic!

We attended the clinic yesterday for a fit to fly PCR test. The service was fantastic from start to finish. When we first booked the reception staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Everything was explained and e mailed to us. As well as a safe clean environment the Dr did the test himself and also took the sample to the lab. The results were back the next morning and we’re good to go. All calls and correspondence were answered straight away even over the weekend. We would definitely recommend and use again.

I attended the Leeds Clinic for a procedure which I was very nervous about. However I had a fantastic Doctor and right from the moment I entered the GPs office I felt put at ease. We were returning to the US and a negative COVID test was mandatory before air travel. So we took RT PCR test at The Leeds Clinic at 2 Upland Road, Leeds on 27 Mar 2021 and we had a very nice experience at the Clinic. The Lady who attended us was courteous and helpful in taking the swabs. We were out of the clinic within 10 minutes and as stated in their Web site we received the report within 24 hours by email.

We used the clinic for Covid testing prior to travel and we would highly recommend them. We found the staff to be professional, helpful and reassuring. The doctor supervised the taking of the test very carefully. We felt heartened by the fact that they deliver the swabs to the nearby lab by hand, which eliminated the risk of losing them in the post and ensured the results were back really quickly. I’ve googled for PCR Covid 19 test in Leeds! This one was the cheapest of the three first that I found ! I’ve booked two tests, for my father and boyfriend. Very easy to book and pay! On the test day both my father and boyfriend were well treated with respect kindness and professionalism! Regarding the reports we had some technical issues to opening them but after a call to the clinic that problem was quickly solved so I just have to say that was AN EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE and do recommend.

we have been to the Leeds Clinic twice now for pre-travel Covid tests. Really cannot fault them for service. The reception staff manning the phone lines are exceptionally helpful. The process is very efficient. You actually do the swabs yourself under medical supervision which is far more comfortable than having someone else do it which can feel as if they are trying to bore through your head. The clinic feels very safe. It works on an appointment system and you phone and wait in the car when you arrive. You are then let in by the doctor who supervises the process. You touch nothing other than the swab stick. On both occasions the results have been back within 24 hours. I would not hesitate to recommend the clinic and will use them again......unless of course the Government gets its act together over vaccinations which would render the testing unnecessary ......

Great service. I went yesterday for a Covid fit to fly test and they were amazing. The process of taking the swab was fast, the protocols they have are great so that you have minimum contact. And the best thing, the results have come back really fast! There was also a small error in my certificate with my name and after quickly telling them I had my certificate corrected within minutes. Did my covid test here as i needed it to travel. i booked a few days in advance and the receptionist was very accomdationg and helpful. When I got to the clinic, I was seen almost as soon as I got there even though i was a bit early. I was apprehensive about the procedure but the approach to the test meant i could conduct it myself limiting cross contamination. I did not have to touch anything whilst in the clinic (something else i was worried about), not even the doors, as all were held open for me. This really assured me that I chose the right clinic. Everything was over and done with in about 5 minutes. I received my results 24 hours later. I would definitely recommend. Staff were also friendly!

I sent a message before the clinic opened on the Friday enquiring about an urgent Covid test due to the entry requirements for Italy having changed late the day before. I was contacted prior to the clinic opening time to advise that they could accommodate me that morning (this would ensure that the test results would be back in time). I received my negative test results the following lunch time, together with my Fit to Fly certificate. I cannot praise the professionalism, promptness or excellent service from this clinic enough. I will definitely use them again.

Super fast less than 12 hours to get COVID PCR test results back. Easy to park outside. Swift and efficient appointment. Reception staff friendly and helpful on the phone. Cannot fault it apart from the £130 cost but it's UK prices isn't it. Main thing is it was back same day!

My partner and I were flying to Cyprus on 26th Aug for a mixed business and holiday trip which we needed to make. The UK at that time was classed as category B in Cyprus which meant they would accept us only if we had had a Covid-19 test within 72 hours of our flight and a certificate to prove we were negative for the infection. This presented us with a problem in that we were flying early Wednesday morning so our 72 hour window included a Sunday. This clinic initially offered to test us on the Sunday, then rang to say that they had negotiated with their Leeds Lab so we could go at 9am on the Monday for our tests and the doctor would take them to the Lab before 10am. We got the negative results back at teatime the same day with an e-mailed certificate. Impeccable service and professionalism and would use them again if needed.

Well-worth the round-trip from Sheffield, to get pre-flight Covid tests. Outstanding communication throughout, and the clinic staff (Chantelle and Eve) were brilliant when govt restrictions meant that I couldn't travel with my partner. They rescheduled my appointment to coincide with my rearranged flight, and assured me that my test could be rescheduled again if necessary. I couldn't recommend this clinic highly enough.
