Haven't got a bad word to say about the manse/lofthouse surgery. The doctors, nurses and receptionists are lovely. I went for bloods tests and I explained to the nurse that I didnt have a good history with getting bloods done and she was really patient with me and made sure I was comfortable as I was about to pass out. The doctors care and they make sure they are doing everything they can to make sure you are receiving the right treatment. Some people may disagree but I have used this surgery for years and never had a problem.

The doctors and nurses at this surgery are always very compassionate and caring. I always get an appointment in a timely manner (usually the same or next day, especially if it’s for my daughter). We’re moving area where we’ll be just outside the catchment area, which is a real shame as we’ve felt very lucky to have such an excellent surgery nearby! Thank you to all the staff at the Manse surgery and the Lofthouse surgery too.

I have to review the surgery as I can't believe it only has 3.2! I have literally been going to this surgery and seeing the same doctors since birth (28 years). I never have a problem getting an appointment and I always feel like the doctors genuinely care. I have had health issues over the years and I have always been taken seriously and never felt fobbed off as it were. I honestly can't recommend this practice enough, I hope it will always be there! :)

Absolutely amazing doctors and nurses here from my experience. I moved my whole family to this surgery after 15 years of absolutely appalling treatment in hindsight from another surgery. I have always found the reception staff at both The Manse Surgery and Lofthouse helpful and as accomodating as they can be. I have been fortunate to have seen Dr Browning, Dr Sanderson and Dr Barnes; all of whom have genuinely listened, enquired and dealt with me and I have never felt 'brushed off' as was often the case at our previous surgery. I'm so grateful to both Dr Barnes and Dr Browning as six months ago I was in a dreadful state but now feeling more like my old self. Thank you.

Made an appointment last tuesday 2nd july for tuesday 9th july 8.40 got to surgery about 8.10 in to see Dr Sanderson within two mins of arriving on my way home before my appointment time all sorted with a referal for treatment, could not have had better service

Excellent GPs, unfortunately the reception staff can be hit and miss and due to the popularity of the practice there are lengthy appointment times, often 2-3 weeks away.
