Amazing customer service skills, professional experts & would highly recommend! We booked in for "Fit to Fly tests & Day 2 returns" as we was travelling to France. We had to rearrange our appointments a few times due to the travelling ban, return dates changing etc. and the clinic staff couldn't do enough for us. We contacted them via telephone and even email, which they was speedy to reply to us. They was always happy to help, reassured us and showed they genuinely cared in our circumstances. They even staying behind (When they should have been closed) so I could get to them for my test, when I was the one running late. Me/my family will defiantly be using their services again.

My second time here, very professional, clean and efficient. The tests are done on time as promised and the results come later the same evening for mornings appointments. Minor errors (I forgot to add my passport details to the booking) are corrected proactively and double checked. A great experience. Myself and my husband had our fit to fly test done today. They kept it to 6 people in at anyone time. Pleasant staff and doctor was very helpful explaining the process. In and out within 5 minutes, had our test at 9.10 results back by 630. Very good service would use again.

Wow! Like another customer said - if I could give 6 stars I would! Reception staff (Sid) was friendly and accommodating especially as my train was cancelled. Dr. Khan made me feel relaxed and comfortable and the test was done in about 10 seconds! I got there at about 1110am on Sunday and got my results by email at 915pm that night. I can not truly express how wonderful the people at this clinic are. Everything is highly organized and handled so surprisingly efficiently and respectfully. Having been recommended to Whitehall Clinic, we booked our pre trip PCR test fit to fly and day 2 lateral flow return. This was available as a package which suited us perfectly. Booking was easy and correspondence prompt and detailed. Great location, with parking opposite the Clinic and ultra modern building and consulting rooms. The staff are very professional and prompt, really friendly ,personalising as though you were a regular.Dr Khan especially, explaining the procedure and executing the test expeditiously and painlessly. The test results were back the same day. Would highly recommend, and will be using them again no doubt.

The service in this clinic is very good. First of all, they have the most advanced reservation system, you can make a reservation directly without calling or sending emails. Secondly, they have professional doctors, who will talk to you to divert your attention during the test, so as to avoid your fear and pain. He will also explain the principle of the test to you, which makes me feel relax. Finally, the clinic was very punctual in issuing the report, I received the email the next morning, which could ensure enough time to apply for the green code. All in all, it was a great experience.

Turnaround time for PCR test was super quick! I had the results in less than 24 hours. The actual appointment was also super efficient. The swab hurt more than I imagined and I coughed up small amounts of blood for a few hours afterward. All in all, would still recommend this service!

Recently went to the clinic for a blood test. The staff were professional and kind. The clinic is centrally located and easy to get to. I was told my blood test results would be back within 48 hours. For me this was quite an anxious wait but thankfully I got my results back the same day. Super fast and professional service. Thank you.

Highly recommend this service. I got a RT-PCR test done here as I needed to travel to Ireland. I got there 30 minutes early and was seen pretty much 5 minutes after getting there. I got told I'd have the results mid day the next day but I actually recieved the results the same day 12 hours later. I'm so pleased with this service. A little pricey but cheapest place I found to do the test. Staff very friendly and kind. Good service. HIGHLY recommend :)

Having been let down by another clinic, our travel agents suggested Whitehall Clinic. Late on a Saturday afternoon we arranged an appointment for a COVID swab test to enable us to fly to Cyprus. From our first conversation to the doctor taking the swab, you are left with the impression that they are an efficient and caring clinic. Results received 33 hours later-all sorted. If this is required the next time we travel then we won’t hesitate in using their services again.

From the very first moment they explained everything and booked me for Saturday 5th in the morning. Had my PCR test this morning at 9:15 and received my results today at 00:00. Incredible quick service and staff was very attentive when responding to email enquiries but also in the clinic on the appointment day. A professional explains the process, takes the sample and then gives you an approximate time of when you will get your results. It's more expensive than other clinics but there's been absolutely no errors and they've sent me the results earlier than expected. If you need to get a PCR to travel to another country I highly recommend Whitehall Clinic.

Absolutely fantastic service. I popped in for a COVID test with concerns regarding an ill parent. It wasn't just the information that was helpful but the patient way it was communicated. Would like to say I was very apprehensive about the whole experience. Flying to cyrpus on wednesday 30th and needed a covid test within 72 hours before. Me and my partner have read excellent reviews about the clinic and thought we would bite the bullet at travel to leeds (2 hours away from home) on the sunday before we fly. Would just suggest that you put a notice on the fire door facing Whitehall Road to let patients know that the entrance is through the revolving door in the pedestrian area on the other side of the building.

Used the clinic for Covid test and fitness to fly certificate. The entire process was very efficient, friendly and safe from booking online to having the swab done and getting the results back in less than 30 hours.

I have had four PCR tests for the purposes of travelling and this was by far the most painful experience of the test. The tester was insensitive and plunged the swab into my nose and throat without giving me any information about what the procedure involved. I was almost in tears. I have since made a formal complaint but have not had any feedback. This is hardly professional. Furthermore, there are other clinics you can find in Leeds which are less expensive than the Whitehall clinic. Since putting out my review, the manager Mr. Sidi Mansoor has kindly contacted me overseas to apologise for my experience with the Whitehall Clinic and assured me that my complaint would be followed-up with the individual tester. He has also highlighted the fact that the Whitehall Clinic is a highly professional clinic and complaints are very rare. Mr Mansoor, forwarded his reply to my original email which I had previously not received. He has also offered to reimburse part of the test payment. I am very grateful to Mr Mansoor for contacting me overseas, listening to and validating my concerns and for his goodwill and gesture.

Had COVID test done but asked if it could be sent off urgently as we were told by one of the receptionist’s that it could go on a pink form. This was disputed by the receptionist that we saw and she urged us to change our flight as they could not guarantee return of the test before 10-11the next morning so that we could change our flight. Because of this uncertainty we ended up changing our flight which incurred costs and 100 euros to have an extra room in the hotel. Having all this stress we actually received the results next morning at 11.20 which was brilliant but we had already changed our flight unwillingly. Also we were told to park in Citipark which incurred more expense £6 for just over 1 hour and the test £150 each. What extortion!!!! When NHS is free!

I was very nervous paying for tests for a trip to Barbados for my wife and I. We had to get the test results within 72hrs of arrival. That meant the earliest test we could have was 20.05 on Wednesday evening, obviously no where was open at this time so we booked 9.15 Thursday morning and worried that results wouldn't be back until Saturday morning as the website advertised 48hrs however after a WhatsApp to the clinic they told me the results are usually back by 23.00 Friday which is close but we could live with that. You can only imagine are excitement when at 21.15 the same day 12 hours after having the test the results were back! Oh and to add to the excitement Barbados put us (the uk) on its high risk list as we were expecting it to but this doesn't come into force until the 1st October so holiday is on. 😎 The Dr who performed the test was very good too, informative and gentle. 10 out of 10 for this place, oh and the fit to fly certificate has on it that it was done at a UKAS ISO15 something or other and the time and place the test was done so all the things Barbados are very picky about having the correct stuff so no stress there either. Definitely would recommend.
