I am not one for writing reviews but felt compelled to do so for those skeptical about alternative treatment. My family and I have been receiving treatment from Dr Chen for the past 15+yrs and she is phenomenal. My father had a stroke in 1998, we were told by Doctors he would remain 75% disabled, to take him home and care for him. We went to see Dr Chen immediately after my father was discharged from the Hospital. After his treatment my father was able to walk, drive and take care of his personal care needs. Since that time, my family and I have had treatment for a variety of health issues including arthritis, knee pain, trapped nerve, and tennis elbow. I can honestly say that Dr Chen has been a Godsend for our family. My daughter had sciatica and other back issues, Dr Chen was able to treat her to the point where she is now able to sit upright and drive again. Dr Chen will undertake an initial consultation, form a treatment plan followed by the recommended sessions needed to treat the problem area. She does not overcharge or add on unnecessary sessions, every penny paid to her is absolutely worth it. She has an excellent bedside manner and her traditional Chinese medical knowledge is outstanding. I normally pay 42 or 43 pounds per session. She has a very busy practice but is also very accommodating to ones needs. I highly recommend anyone seeking alternative treatment to meet with Dr Chen.

Dr Chen is excellent. This is my first time having accupuncture and it was a great experience. Dr Chen's calm manner put me at ease. The treatment itself was very relaxing and cleared my stress levels. I had a thoughtless state during treatment which was wonderful. I am very much looking forward to my next appointment!

I have been going to doctor chen for the past 1 year and i have been treated and cured for so many symptoms. She knows exactly what she is doing. ! last year i had severe withdrawl symptoms from stopping ssri citalopram, i head fatigue, weak voice, felt really heavy and bunch of other symptoms, i saw great results from her acupuncture sessions. gp stated that it cant be withdrawls but i know my body and it was withdrawls, Always go the natural route! western doctors dont always have the answer!

I am a medical professional and i have been a very heavy smoker of between 1-2 packs of strong tar cigarettes, every day. Soon as I woke up the first thing I wanted was 2-3 cigarettes with a strong coffee each morning. My dependant young children who are not quite teenagers disliked me smoking. They are fully aware of the health consequences and for this reason they wanted me to stop. My eldest actually was in tears to his mum about how much my smoking upset him. I had tried a hypnotherapist, patches, gum, spray, champix and every other thing available to try and stop. The longest I quit was for 1 day and never slept the night i did through craving as I was very nicotine dependant. I had a gut feeling accupunture would help me stop smoking and possibly could assist me to quit. I rang acuherb and from the second she answered I had a good feeling as she seemed confident she could help me in my goal to stop smoking. Ok I have odd craving for a cigarette but i know now I will never touch a cigarette again ever. I am that confident you would not believe as i wake up and now the first thought is how discusting a cigarette would actually be. I'm a medical professional suffering from Acute lower back pain. Today I had enough of the pain and booked an accupunture appointment. Clinician was very thorough and knew what to do. Pain is now almost gone after the 1h treatment... It works!
