M. M.I went to the new surgery in January and again in March for my covid jabs,
The staff are polite and professional in their approach and work. I was shown respect and courtesy during my visits.
My father is a patient at the surgery. He is always seen promptly by the surgery even when others have been refusing visits ! The staff are pleasant and caring in their approach.
Great clean and well set out new surgery.
K. s.I have been very fortunate to have registered with this practice. Staff are very friendly and approachable. My GP Dr Hina Trivedi has been excellent. She has genuine interest in my well being. The practice’s new premises is so nice and comfortable. I have never had any problem with appointments or getting through the phone. There may be a queue at times but no more than expected. Overall excellent practice, excellent staff and superb doctors.
