The care and compassion I have had from Dr Junaid has been wonderful . With her help and support I have come through a bad time over the last 6 months. I feel I have found a Doctor at Northfield who has not only been understanding but also has explained so much to me about my condition that I can cope with it and help myself as well. I have no complaints about any of the doctors there but feel Dr Junaid has got everything right regarding care, understanding and time to listen. I have also found the receptionists very nice and friendly.

I have found the reception staff friendly and helpful. Mum has now seen Dr. Dusanj several times and he is a very caring and compassionate doctor. He doesn’t rush, he explains to Mum (who has dementia and is hard of hearing) very clearly and makes sure as much as he can that she understands. Unfortunately he isn’t there everyday.

Got an appointment quickly and was straight in to see the GP without waiting. A prescription was sent to my local pharmacy which was ready for me when I arrived. First class service all round! Both the GP and pharmacist were friendly and helpful too.

the doctors are amazing. But the receptionist make you feel un-welcome, and guilty for making appoinments. I don't use the doctors offten but Im always left feeling guilty after being on the phone to them.

The physicians here are uniformly excellent. The nurses and other patient-facing staff are good. The receptionists are improving. Booking/making appointments, however, is rarely easy, especially if one wants to see a particular physician.

Today I had to visit the surgery, and saw Dr Harbshon and I can honestly say she was lovely,caring,listening, everything you want in a doctor.I didn't have a pre booked appointment but the surgery gave me an afternoon time and we have always found they will do their upmost to get us seen on the day we call.I personally feel the doctors and receptionist do sometimes get criticism that is not deserved but I cannot fault Northfield surgery as a practice, I commend them for doing what must be quite a difficult and somewhat stressful job .
