Amazing experience Monika was a fantastic listener to my issue and made me feel comfortable, understood and relieved. She answered every question I had without judgement and explained very clearly her answers to me . I felt like I was in very professional and caring hands despite my very high anxiety. My ultrasound doctor was also very understanding and answered every question I had during the scan and helped me feel relieved and calm. Overall this clinic was a highly positive experience and I recommend to anybody who wishes to have a quick and professional health check up.

I met with Dr Kasparis for a suspicious looking skin mark on my nose. Luckily it turned out to be benign. My experience with The Health Suite from start to finish was above and beyond good service. Very friendly and accommodating staff when booking my appointment and equally so when I needed to change it, and again very welcoming when I arrived for my appointment. Dr Kasparis is very knowledgeable and informative. He was able to diagnose the mark and even remove it, all within a first session. He’s also just followed up with me to check on how it’s healing which prompted me to write this review. If you need a good dermatologist, I highly recommend him.

Was seen by Aly Dilks and she was excellent. Despite my nerves, Aly was able to perform what is usually a painful procedure for me very quickly and comfortably. She is very experienced in her field and very patient and kind. Reception staff were friendly and welcoming. The Health Suite is not too far away from Leicester - just follow signs for Coles Plant Centre on A47 if approaching from Leicester then keep left! Allow for heavy traffic if travelling at rush hour.

Excellent service and very friendly and facilitating. I am doing many PCR tests almost every week and few times that I needed to do it urgently it was arranged without an online booking. This saved me precious time as i had to do the PCR urgent and proceed to my work. Excellent Service !!!!!

Email communication and etiquette, especially from Jade, has been the best customer service I have ever had, flexibility to change appointment times and ensuring they capture all the relevant data from you is something the team do very well.

An absolutely amazing service, I cannot rate Dr Adams highly enough, I felt truly supported and listened to and treated as a whole person, not just someone with a list of individual and unrelated symptoms. As a chiropractor myself, I have already been recommending The Health Suite to my patients, many of whom are struggling to find the holistic and functional support that they need, for various health concerns outside of my scope of practice. They will certainly find the support at The Health Suite, as I myself have done. Highly recommended.

We had four pre flight PCR tests and four return PCR tests carried out at the Health Suite with same day results before travel and next day results (after Sunday morning tests) on our day 2 test following our return. Absolutely fantastic service, super organised and very quick. I also emailed the Health Suite regarding one question on the paperwork and they were very quick to respond and had sorted everything out for me. A well deserved 5 stars, thank you.

Excellent for 2nd and 8th day test. They take the test outside as you sit in your car . It was the safest option for us and one of the reasons, we choose the health suite from the government list. They are very helpful and you can speak to them as well with any concerns before you book your appointments.

Posting on behalf of my friend 'Fiona' who had an appointment with Menopause specialist 'Ali Dilkes' . From Fiona:- I have suffered with increasingly awful menopause symptoms for over 6 years - having failed repeatedly to get a meaningful discussion with my GP, I decided a private clinic was my only option. Ali was amazing - she understood all my symptoms and how they were negatively affecting my life (No Sleep, Anxiety, lack of confidence, aches and pains, sweats, mood swings to mention but a few). Ali was so professional and was able to discuss all aspects of the menopause - she explained the risks and benefits of HRT. I decided to follow her plan and commenced on the HRT regime she recommended - Now 8 weeks on my life has totally turned around - I can sleep, my confidence has returned and most importantly the anxiety has gone. My quality of life is back - I can not thank Ali enough.

My own GP (hedges medical center) are extremely rude. A quick Google will show they are rated only two and a half stars, with compalints being about the disgusting behavior from the receptionists. (The doctors are pleasant at The Hedges) I came to the health suite as I noticed the good reviews. Dr Greenyer was extremely helpful and polite, the receptionists here, also got back to my email and phone calls. My GP will read my emails and will tell you on the phone they have purposfully ignored you. You get what you pay for, but the hedges could definitely learn something from the staff here. I'd definitely use the health suite again.

I visited the health suite yesterday for the first time for osteopathy. I was a little apprehensive as I have never had anything like this before. I was met by my osteopath called Fatema who immediately put me at ease with her caring and understanding nature. We discussed my ailment and after a few questions I was examined and she instantly established the root of my back pain. After laying on the couch and being treated by stretches and “cracks” I couldn’t believe how much better it was already! I was also given some stretches to complete at home daily to keep up with work that had been done. I’m no longer sceptical & have booked in for acupuncture next to release my locked muscles. Thank you Health Suite and especially thank you to the lovely Fatema, an extremely professional service and an asset to the clinic.

What a lovely place! I visited The Health Suite this morning for a Myofascial Release treatment massage with Mirielle. We had a consultation and began the treatment. Mirielle talked me through what she was doing and also explained why and how it would help me. I felt very comfortable with Mirielle which meant I relaxed enough for her to work quite deeply. The clinic is beautiful and has a very zen and relaxing atmosphere. I'll be booking in for Acupuncture next and will join their Tai Chi classes too! A wonderful, exciting and beautiful new clinic! I'd highly recommend it.

I came to see Fatema in early 2021 and she helped me with some issues I was having post partum after the birth of my son. She helped me out a lot and supported me through a tricky phase. I came to see her today as I am 10 weeks post partum with my second child and she was able to give me a check over, make some adjustments and help me with some hip and back pain. She also gave me some great support with my posture and breastfeeding advice. I wish every woman got a session with Fatema after giving birth!
