I. J.Considering how busy and overworked they must be, The Heath Surgery were very professional, provided very good care and aftercare. A face to face Dr's appointment was arranged very quickly on the same day and the receptionist was very kind and helpful. A big thank you to the team.

G. S.Despite it taking a few attempts to get through for an urgent appointment staff were polite, sympathetic and sorted an appointment. Nurse practitioner I saw was lovely. This surgery is in my opinion trying it’s best. I know people are not keen on being asked for reason for appointment by staff but this is a necessary requirement to get you seen by the correct person. Also people really need to take advantage of our wonderful chemist as they are excellent and also use 111 for guidance. I feel sorry for the doctors surgery they in my opinion trying the best they can with increasing patient numbers. In past when appointments are full I have had doctor telephone appointment and again have found this service great too.
I know we are quick to complain but think we should equally be quick to praise their hard work too.
J. B.Since removal of the staff member who was embezzling funds from the Surgery there has been a slow and steady improvement over the last two years.
While appointments are at high demand due to the large need of the elderly population when used in conjunction with advice from the local pharmacist (Who I can recommend for identifying most minor issues) they are quite effective.
A. H.Not had the same experience as others with getting an appointment. Relatively new facility feels light and clean. Ordering repeat prescriptions online works well and is quick.
A. R.Through the pandemic they have always being on the end of a phone. A doctor will always contact you, and see you if needed.
Always had a good friendly service.
No complaints at all.
