Can't knock Dr Ficklin, Barber and Lumley and all Dr's superb with me due to having bipolar and sorting out my medication. Dispensary usually excellent but was a bit upset as when I tried talking to them they told me to phone someone else and I got cut off without being given time to explain, its really important to listen I appreciate your busy.

Liking the 'new' AskMyGP thing; posted my concerns around 8am, received a call from a doctor around 16:00 and appointment at 16:40! Luckily I don't go to the doctors often and last time I went it felt a bit of a struggle to get an appointment, this was as smooth as it could be. I've always found the doctors and nurses friendly and helpful.
