I’ve been patient since 2016 when Yusra was just starting up in London and I’ve never looked back! I’ve been to a number of other clinics as well, however the care, attention and support I have received with Yusra is incomparable. Yusra is constantly perfecting her technique and learning and developing her ‘game’. The treatment alone is always 10/10 and the team and customer service is an added bonus! Yusra will not let you leave with a botched face. She has your best interest at heart and I can say with complete confidence that I would not trust anyone but her. In fact I’m on way home now after receiving treatment in Liverpool. It’s so worth it I traveled from London to Liverpool and have been up since 3am!

Where do I start Dr Yusra and her team are hands down the best in the game. I’ve been a patient with Dr Yusra since 2018 and it’s the the best decision I made. From the appointment booking to the consultation, the treatment and aftercare it’s all handled with exceptional service. I have visited both the Liverpool and London clinics and the have to say the Liverpool clinic is an absolute classy and sophisticated establishment showing Dr Yusra has decorated each room with her character it’s so beautiful and in a league of its own. If you’re thinking about investing in your skincare your health or any aesthetics then Dr Yusra is the one to go with you won’t be disappointed. She’s Honest, professional, ethical and most importantly a genuine warm human being who cares. To think at one point I booked with someone else when she was extremely busy and appointments were not available (covidsaga) plus I was trying to find someone more local as it takes me around 2 hours to get to Liverpool and 3-4 hours to get to London but I when you compare and understand what Dr Yusra offers as a whole I just couldn’t go through with it and waited until Dr Yusra was available and as always it was all totally worth it. The lady has magic in her hands. The trust and expectations I have with Dr Yusra can’t be compared or matched elsewhere. I wish her and her team the best of luck and success for the future.

The clinic atmosphere is so welcoming! The waiting area is very clean and warming to sit and wait in, especially if its your first time and you're feeling nervous! I recently visited Dr Yusra and could not recommend her enough! Alongside being the loveliest lady she was so attentive to all of my concerns about my appearance alongside giving her own professional take on my appearance and the treatments that would benefit me. She had initially turned down my request for lip fillers as she felt like I wouldn’t suit this treatment without additional treatment to my chin which just goes to show how much she cares about her patients and wants the best for them disregarding the money. I was right to put my trust in her as she delivered exceptional results that honestly exceeded my expectations. She also prioritised safety and most of the treatment time was spent making sure there would be no implications. Throughout the whole treatment, Dr Yusra made sure I was okay and was constantly checking in to see if I was alright which definitely put me at ease as I was so nervous. However the treatment was completely painless as I had been given numbing cream by her team for a while before the treatment. I left the clinic with such natural looking results and a heightened confidence and I couldn’t thank Dr Yusra enough.

You are never short of information if need be and/or advice, very welcoming and again to stress upon the staff, right from the front of house up untill the Doctors themselves. I have had both a non surgical rhinoplasty last year as well as Botox (for the first time) 2 weeks ago. I had the NSR with Dr Yusra and the Botox with Dr Emily. On both occasions I visited the Liverpool clinic, which is immaculately presented and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. You are required to fill in a lengthy form prior to commencing any treatment which fully explains all of the potential risks, I find this is one of the many reasons I love this clinic so much - they make you feel informed and in control of your decision and want to manage your expectations. In addition to this you also sit down with your doctor before your treatment to talk about your concerns and be advised as to what they believe you may need, and are free to make your own choice based on these suggestions. None of their doctors over-inject you on your first appointment so on both occasions I didn’t get the immediate results I wanted, but fully respect that it’s better to re-assess the work done a couple of weeks after treatment and re-visit for a top up, rather than have too much at once and left with a frozen or over filled face. I was recommended the obagi medical range last year and this has made the biggest difference to my skin, which is now radiant! I will be calling the clinic again this week for my Botox top up with Dr Emily (who is an excellent practitioner, really lovely) and will continue coming to them for all future treatments. It’s lovely to find a clinic who I can trust and treat me with honesty and transparency, with them being my first clinic for any treatment I am fortunate enough to have never suffered at the hands of an inexperienced aesthetician - and thankfully will never have to, either!

Dr Yusra and her team are amazing! After being so self conscious about my double chin for years I finally took the plunge and contacted Dr Yusra’s clinic. The receptionists were so helpful on the phone and guided me to book in for a cool sculpting consultation with Nicola. Nicola was fantastic, she gave me all of the information I needed and even offered advice on skin care. She made me feel so calm and relaxed when I attended the consultation and I left feeling confident that I had made the right decision in booking the cool sculpting treatment. The treatment itself took place in their cool sculpting suite which is beautifully decorated in which I was able to relax and enjoy my treatment. After years of following Dr Yusra on instagram and being unhappy with my nose I booked in to have a non surgical rhinoplasty on the 22/02/2022. From start to finish my experience was everything I had hoped it would be, and more. The receptionists made me feel so welcome whilst I waited and filled out some final forms, and when it was time to go to the clinic room Dr Yusra’s clinic assistants were so helpful when discussing the procedure. Dr Yusra spoke with me and asked me what I wanted to achieve - I was unhappy and self conscious with not only the ‘bump’ on my nose but also the deviation to the right side from the frontal view. She explained what was possible to achieve and managed my expectations as my deviation was quite complex. We also decided to go ahead with filler in my chin to balance my side profile. When it was time to sit in the chair she preformed an ultrasound on my nose to see where my arteries and blood vessels were, which made me feel so safe and so relaxed about the procedure. When Dr Yusra had finished my nose and chin, after being a true perfectionist and really taking care to get it exactly how I wanted, I was overwhelmed when I looked at the new version of me in the mirror. My nose looked even better than I could have expected. The bump has completely gone and the frontal view is so much straighter it is unbelievable that she has been able to do this with filler. My chin which was very small and a little set back, is now more pronounced and in proportion with my nose. She is a true artist! Two days later I have very little swelling and absolutely no bruising. I am over the moon with my result. Dr Yusra takes the upmost care and you really feel as if she puts your safety first above all, which can’t be said for many other aesthetic clinics!

Just wanted to say thank you to Dr. Yusra and team. I had a non-surgical rhinoplasty on 23/11 at Harley Street. I was excited about my appointment. Dear Dr Yusra, I would just like to say a HUGE thank you for rectifying my previous poorly done non surgical rhinoplasty. I had visited a nurse (shall remain anonymous) who unfortunately didn't do a great job and left me feeling very conscious of my nose. You didn't only provide me with reassurance and good conversation but you also fixed my nose and made it look amazing. If there is one piece of advice I would like to give people who have visited Dr Yusra is please please stick to her and resist temptation to go elsewhere because it may be cheaper. Cheaper is not better and I have learnt that not everyone has the gift of doing this procedure like Dr Yusra. She has years of experience and her work is visible for all to see on her Instagram page. 08th March 2022 update *****Nicola is always attentive with the procedures she performs and I always feel in safe hands with her. She always finds a way to make you smile as she is so kind natured and bubbly. It ended with lots of happy tears to end the visit. This journey started before visiting the clinic with a really detailed consultation with Nicola who was so lovely & patient which really reassured me to choose this clinic. Plus the clinic is GORJ in a beaut location. Normally you go to a clinic, have an appointment & off you go. Dr Emily took the time to go over my concerns, assess my face...in SUCH a medical way I’ve never had before & gave me her honest opinion. On top of this, Dr Emily sought a 2nd opinion & I felt SO involved with the discussion about my options. Dr Yusra removed the jargon, straight to the point with a very caring approach. Dr Emily wanted to make sure my treatment wasn’t rushed & as we spent so much time discussing my options in depth, we agreed to book another appointment to make sure there’s enough time to complete what we agreed. So much respect for being honest & managing what to anticipate. I’m a big believer that everything happens for a reason....a cancellation happened whilst I was leaving (the girls at reception said this never happens!) so I was able to achieve more of the treatment plan we discussed in today’s visit. Skincare has been a huge struggle with having IBD especially with side effects of medication. After being on steroids for so long, my face has never felt like ‘me’ since. Today I felt the most me in such a LONG time. Thank you so much & I’m really looking forward to being back in clinic soon.

I’ve been seeing Dr Yusra for my skin for some time now. After having suffered with acne since my teens (now in my 30s), I reached a point where I thought I would never feel happy with my skin. But after a consultation, Dr Yusra put me on a very carefully planned and prescribed skincare regime. After a year, I can honestly it has been one of the best things I have ever done. I cannot recommend Dr Yusra’s clinic enough. I have been getting skincare from Olivia since November ‘21 to treat hormonal spots and post inflammatory redness. The whole process has been virtual but this hasn’t negatively affected how welcome Olivia makes you feel. The advice has been amazing, along with the products recommended. Olivia was very honest and warned me that starting obagi nu derm and tretinoin would be a process and my skin would “purge”, it’s definitely did and at times I was thinking why am I doing this to myself! However I stuck with it and my skin has literally transformed in 12 weeks. I no longer feel the need to wear make up to run to the shops, or just incase anyone pops by, my boyfriend even said at one point I looked like I’d had a a mini face lift. I get so many compliments now, something that I haven’t had for years! The whole process has literally changed my life and I can’t thank you enough.

2nd visit in 2 years on 06/07/2021. Had the non surgical rhinoplasty and cannot believe how long it lasted the first visit. Will always choose Dr Yusra because I know I’m in safe hands with someone who has spent years learning about the facial anatomy and also still continues to develop and learn. I wouldn’t trust any who is not qualified. My main reason for going to Dr Yusra is she is open and honest, doesn’t over fill and doesn’t follow the latest ‘trend’ or never jumps onto the band wagon of what looks are trending. In fact she will give you your face/skin but in a better natural looking version. And the upmost important reason to trust this place is because they have ‘emergency medical kit’ available if anything was to go unexpectedly, you wouldn’t find a beauty salon have that. My most recent visit was at the newly refurbished Liverpool clinic and what can I say when you walk in it’s just jaw dropping. The serenity and cleanliness is so nice. I’d like to also thank the team and Dr Yusra herself with her patience when I was having some problems with my finance options going through I completely understand how sometimes these things can disrupt your schedules especially if you are as busy as Dr Yusra. I love the cheek, chin and under eye treatment I had. The chin filler is the one I never knew I needed but boy did it make everything come together and look so proportioned. The chin filler brought out my natural lower lip which gave an amazing side profile and front. I look less angry, less tired and slightly more plump. All these were major concerns for me because of weight loss I felt like I looked grumpy and older but the treatments having given me so much confidence boost. Can’t wait to come back again in January for slight more tear trough filler as this can only be done in smaller doses
