Had my first ever ear wax removal today at the Christchurch, Dorset clinic. Henry took care of me. He was really clear in his explanation of what would happen, took great care to make sure I felt comfortable at all times and did a really brilliant job. Very grateful.

I cannot possibly articulate how amazing the Ear Wax Specialist is. There aren’t enough stars in the sky let alone the 5 I have an option of giving on this review! Mr Karim is the epitome of an excellent clinical specialist, with a reassurance and expertise that you can’t put a price on. The clinic is plush and spotless, the treatment is painless and quick. I had a totally blocked ear for 3 days and within minutes I could hear again. I feel elated. Thank you so much, you deserve a knighthood to audiology services .....

I called for a local appointment, however none available for a few days, but they called me back quickly & offered a same day appointment within 15 miles away, so i saw Mr Karim at Kings Heath on the same day, who was very polite, quick & professional, i would highly recommend this service to anyone with an ear wax issue. I rang for an appointment to have my daughter's ears cleared of wax and she had it done that evening in Bolton, Lancs. The service was superb and Martin, who has been doing this for 20 years, was just excellent. He answered all of my questions, was personable, making my daughter feel completely at ease, and made a difficult job look simple. The result is that my daughter can hear clearly again and is surprised by the extent to which the wax had muffled her hearing. I can't recommend Martin highly enough and I'm truly grateful for the great service provided by all.

Called on a Sunday afternoon, appointment made for 09.00 the next day. Arrived promptly, explained the procedure and commenced. The right ear was quite difficult as the wax was hard but after a quick squirt with olive oil the wax came out. The left ear was easier as I had put some olive oil down it on Saturday as it was causing me problems. That took about 30 seconds as opposed to 3 or 4 minutes with the other ear. Money well spent and would recommend to anyone.

I went to verwood clinic for wax removal Katherine removed my wax from both ears It was painless very quick and she removed a lot of wax especially from one ear my right The process was comfortable and pain free I can now hear much better and can enjoy swimming without hearing loss I would recommend this treatment highly affective quick pain free and the results are amazing Thank you so much

Went to Clarity Hearing in Christchurch for ear wax removal ,was so glad to have had Katherine,she wasn’t giving up as l have very narrow ear canal and was blocked deep down after using suction now totally cleared Will certainly be returning there next time

I came across upon the services offered by The Hearing Lab after suffering from ears blocked with wax after being unable to cope with the long waiting times offered by my GP, to undergo the standard syringing. I contacted The Hearing Lab who were very sympathetic to my problem and responded immediately. An appointment was made almost instantly, leading to the blockage being resolved by their highly skilled team using their pain free, microsuction technology. I am a regular sufferer of ear blockages and would previously visit my GP for help. This would usually be at least two appointments over the space of several weeks, all while suffering the unbearable discomfort of blocked ears. The Hearing Lab is one phone call followed by an appointment soon after, which has always produced first class results. The service offered by The Hearing Lab is a fast, effective service, with very short waiting times. The technique used is completely pain free and is a much more efficient, alternative method to standard ear syringing, and nowhere near as uncomfortable. In fact, it can be quite relieving, the before and after pictures are always interesting! I am a regular user of The Hearing Lab, the team are fantastic and would highly recommend their fast, professional, and friendly service for clearing blocked ears.

We went to see Mr Mirwais Mansoor yesterday 6th October as my wife has been suffering with blocked ears for a while. Doctor no longer does this and every other place we tried had a long wait for appointments. Mr Mansoor was closest to us at Triumph Road, Nottingham and gave us an appointment the next day. Very efficient and was painless. My wife was very happy and would recommend Mr Mansoor.

After a horrendous and unsuccessful ear irrigation experience with a district nurse, which left my 93 year old Mum too frightened to endure a second attempt I looked for an alternative. I just liked the feel of the Hearing Lab website and the reviews were impressive, so I booked an appointment. Mum was still apprehensive as I explained to Iram when she arrived. She was absolutely lovely, very friendly and caring, talking Mum through the procedure and assuring her about it. Iram was extremely professional and knew her job, which she completed in no time much to the absolute delight of Mum. Took my partner to the clinic in Triumph Rd, Notts to Mr. Mirwais Mansoor yesterday 20/08/20 , my partner said that it was absolutely fantastic, very proffesional, and courteous, loads of wax was removed from both ears, and it didn't hurt at all All the covid 19 rules were applied, she will definitely use him again, and recommend him, now she can hear when i say, '' put the kettle on love '' lol !! thank you Mr. Mansoor
