Taxi I fares because of mistake in time of appointment.It was correct on my email and it was correct on when I spoke to nurse south Liverpool treatment rooms.I couldn’t be fitted in for a dressing change.I use a wheelchair and have epilepsy so can’t drive.The date was wrong but the time was iffy.I think you need more nurses.You shouldn’t have to turn patients away who haven’t made the mistake because you’re understaffed.I’m physically disabled not stupid!Both of your nurses are very good but I don’t appreciate my verbal proof of when an appointment is being questioned.
