A. F.Excellent GP surgery. Myself and my family have always been given the best care here.
When I call up I never have to wait a long time to speak to a receptionist and they are always helpful and polite.
The doctors have seen us on the day we ring up if needed and we have always felt that the problem has been dealt with when we leave.
I honestly don’t know how anyone could write a bad review about this practice.

I’ve always found the phone consultations have always been appropriate.. never a way of avoiding seeing someone .. the pressure on everyone has been (and still is ) immense and I just want to say a big thank you to the staff for keeping going and still smiling.

H. H.This is the best doctors I have registered at. I was recommended to register here by a friend after being unable to get an appointment at my previous doctors. I have now been registered for 5 years. The phone is always answered swiftly and the receptionists are always a pleasure on the phone. I have never waited long for an appointment and when I am there I have always been seen without much of a wait and the doctors and midwife have never seemed rushed. I have had a few doctor call backs which have then been chased up with a message which i had never experienced before. It’s a lovely relaxing environment. Having a pharmacy on site is so helpful as well.
There has always been a space in the car park available when I have been there.
M. M.A well-designed and purpose built centre with a good size waiting area and very friendly reception staff.
The efficiently run on-site Pharmacy is a delight to visit and they even run prescription collection and delivery of medicines for less mobile patients.
The centre is served by a team of highly qualified practitioners who cover a number of sub-specialities. Finally, I can not praise the work done by the practice nurses enough, specially when it comes to annual reviews.
C. N.I cannot fault this practise. For 40 years this has been our family GP and I have absolute faith in all the wonderful, caring permanent GP'S and clinicians here. Reception staff are polite and approachable. A true asset to our NHS.
