M. F.I have been with this practice for just over 2 years now. I would just like to say that the Receptionist Lauren is a breath of fresh air. She is so upbeat from the minute she answers your call. Really helps when you are sick and feel miserable. I can say that I have never experienced this from any other GP practice. GP's have always been very helpful too. Thank you.

D. H.I rung up the surgery on friday 2nd September as I am suffering from long Covid. I was really upset with myself as I was in so much pain and i spoke to a lovely receptionist called Sharon. She calmed me right down and put me at ease. I was then seen to by the doctor. All as i can say about this practise is i receive excellent service from the receptionists to the doctors, even though they have had a challenging time, they still manage to keep smiling.
