a. g.This GP surgery provides a great service.. I have had a number of appointments this year and booking them is straightforward and easy to do. The receptionists are friendly and very helpful. The ANP (I won't mention by name) has been particularly effective with prompt referrals and great care delivered in a professional courteous way.
E. M.I know that there has been a lot of bad press regarding Doctors and their Surgeries but after my recent experience I have to Speak as I find. Firstly I have to thank receptionist Paula, she Listened carefully to the frantic conversation that I was having with her. She then sympathetically and professionally handled the situation and put me at ease. Secondly, a huge Thank you to Doctor Wakeford , I believe the decision he made saved Martins life. D. F.Having been a patient for over thirty years I can't praise the surgery highly enough. Even during these testing times I have received a prompt, courteous and professional service. I am able to gain access to my doctor ( albeit on the telephone) and feel that all my requests and queries are resolved as efficiently as if I had had a face-to-face consultation. The reception staff are second to none and offer a friendly and reassuring welcome to all.

Fantastic staff on the front, back and doctors to fight for...Dr.Wakeford's smiley disposition, cures any depressive signs, his listening ear, superb patient manners, his medical skill all point to a wonderful surgery. Dr. McDonagh's Scottish no nonsense attitude and approach, as tiny in stature as she is, she can stand tall good 2 m, with her great medical general and specialized knowledge. True assets to the practice...Dr Wong has been always diligent with his spot on diagnosis...
If I weren't skeptical so and so, I'd almost claim, when all stars aligned and it all works fab, the surgery seems to work perfect.
I am technically out of your catchment area, as I moved a flat to Seaforth. A new surgery within walking distance, not interested. Unless I get chucked out, I would never dream changing the surgery. Even Higgins is very cooperative and delivers with no problems...
