This place is fantastic. All staff, from the receptionists to the nurses to the GPs I spoke to, went to great lengths to put me at ease; listened to everything I had to say; and took their time to understand my symptoms and provide a thorough diagnosis. I could not be more satisfied with the service.

Can't complain. The waiting times are very very long (but they always are at walk in centres). When I went in with a kidney infection last year I was seen at triage almost straight away. They don't mess about and provide a great service - very thankful to the NHS for providing this place!

Had what I thought was just a nasty cough over Christmas but, by the 29th I could hardly breathe and I was very distressed. Finally took myself to the Walk In Centre and was triaged and then seen by a nursing assistant, who then called the nurse as my breathing wasn't too good. The nurse diagnosed a serious chest infection and I was given antibiotics to fight the infection and lots of advice on other stuff I could do to make my recovery quicker and as comfortable as possible. I can't fault the staff here, they are friendly, thorough, diligent and reassuring. I have a couple of hard weeks ahead but I'm so glad these guys were around. All in all it took around an hour from arrival to departure, so not bad at all. Can't recommend this place highly enough.

I attended the centre today 30.12 . 2019. I found the reception staff, professional and empathetic and Marie triage nurse, professional and kind. Felt so reassured , and worth the train journey, rather than the 8 hour wait I endured at my local hospital in Oct in A and E. I am a disabled person so for me to make that effort , to travel meant I was concerned. Impressed by service.

My husband fell ill when we were visiting Liverpool, so had to visit on a Sunday morning. The receptionist polite,friendly & helpful. I think this walk in centre is absolutely brilliant! The staff were extremely friendly, I was in an awful lot of pain and they managed to diagnose me in less than half an hour - even when my GP did not. Absolutely incredible staff and I cannot thank them enough for relieveing my pain.

I used the centre yesterday for the first time. I had been struggling with a fever, headaches etc for 4 or 5 days and things hadn't been improving. I'm in Liverpool for 3 months so I'm not registered with a GP. The centre looked busy as I entered and the wait time showed 1 hour 20 mins. I was seen in triage after about 5 minutes and then had a full assessment 20 mins later. They were concerned about some aspects of my condition and suggested a referral to A and E at the Royal Hospital. They arranged and paid for a taxi to take me there and made sure I was able to contact my wife by using their phone due to a variety of communication problems I was having. The staff were all courteous, friendly and ultra professional. A particular thank you to Sue who did the main assessment, very much a star!

Walked into the clinic on a very busy Monday morning, gave my details in and was seen by a triage nurse instantaneous, problem diagnosed straight away then a five minute wait for a prescription, fantastic experience Throughly recommend Great service

The staff on the desk are very nice some of the nurse's in the assessment room haven't got the time to examine probably i found a lump on my wirst and pain an the nurse didn't look at probably an I got sent home wast of time going am still in pain now on going for two weeks☹️ sice lock down this service is non exciting I got 9n a train to go the walk in clinic and got told to go to old Swan there two think wrogs with this one I don't live by old Swan and two I only had a train ticket as you can only go by buse or taxi so they I ask about the abuse drop in you all so need need to phone

As a visitor to Liverpool I was very impressed with the service. Walked in with Injury to nose after falling in street. Was seen very promptly nose glued and dressing applied. Very well looked after. 16/01/18. My thanks to all.
