Just yesterday went for an appointment here, have been going since I was a child. Sometimes the appointments can be hit or miss with what comes of them however I understand that, but I had the best experience yesterday. They are still taking measures to prevent Covid-19 spreading (as someone who is at higher risk I am extremely grateful), and even though I saw a GP I had never seen before, he was extremely kind and understanding. Checked my records and discussed my health with me and I felt like I was taken very seriously and was swiftly given treatment I was hoping for. Thank you LLMC and Dr Kenyon :)

Myself and my children have been patients of long lane medical centre for over 15 years, during this time we have had to use the service many many times.
I have always found the staff at the reception to be very helpful and go above and beyond in helping assist us.
All of the doctors and medical team are very caring making us feel fully supported during my appointments.
I have nothing but praise and would like to thank the whole team for the support they have shown both myself and my children over the years.

I have only ever had positive experiences. There are certain receptionists who go above and beyond their job description. They ALWAYS enquire how me AND my son is.
I don't think they get the credit they deserve.
Sharon, Hayley, Pauline and Pat are a credit to the surgery

Rang LLMC this morning. Very helpful and understanding. In the 6 yrs my hubby has dementia 99% of the time I couldn't fault them. Stressful times for everyone, so remember its nice to be nice and for my personal experience thank you x

My family and I truly appreciate the support we receive by staff members and medical practitioners! We have been supported through some tough times and staff have been nothing but accommodating and sympathetic to our needs.
Keep up the great work, the Brennan Family!

Edited review .
Tow years from first posting , the appointment system has improved, there's still a long wait but you can at least phone first thing in the morning to try and get seen, you can now request a phone call off a doctor and can even have a conversation online. The drs are very good too . Changed my star rating from a one star to a four star . Can not get a appointment even in an emergency. Doctors will not ring you back if you ask . Receptionist are terrible. If you phone up you have to go through your illness/symptoms with the receptionist who thinks they are a Dr. When you do get an appointment it's never kept , usually running late by about 40 minutes. But if you turn up just a minute late for your appointment you can't go an see the doctor and have to rebook.
While talking to the receptionist they continually speak over you an interrupt you. Sorry I joined this surgery and am currently in the proses of moving to another Drs.
