J. M.Can not recommend Dr Gupta enough. He removed a pilar cyst from my scalp within 30minutes of meeting him. Made me feel extremely comfortable throughout the procedure. I always felt as though I was in good hands, Dr Gupta was very well informed and answered any questions I had. Great surgeon who provided an excellent experience for me.

I rang for an appointment and I was booked in for the next day :-)
I seen Doctor Gupta at 3pm, forty minuets later he had removed what actually was a very deep rooted lipoma and not a sebaceous cyst at all.
I found Doctor Gupta to be a very caring and professional, meticulous in his work when removing the lipoma that had plagued me for many years.
I would recommend to anyone the services of both the Ciya Clinic and Doctor Gupta.

k. o.As a new patient, I was anxious for my appointment. From consultation, to my treatment I was put at ease. I attended here for a consultation regarding my Keloid Scar. Dr Gupta was able to agree a treatment plan with myself fitting the appointments round my busy work and social schedule.
Since the first consultation I have been back and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Dr Gupta has great knowledge and experience, and this shows when he carries out treatments.

P. S.This clinic is just wonderful. I found out about the clinic through a friend who invited me to like the facebook page. I saw some videos online of the procedures they carry out and enquired about the various services.
I got quick responses for my query from the team so I booked an appointment and travelled down to Liverpool.
The doctor who carried out the procedure was very well spoken and explained the entire procedure before asking me to sign the consent form etc. Kept asking at every step if I was comfortable. He also explained what realistic results can be expected.
I got PRP for hair loss done and it was done using a state of the art machine with virtually no pain at all. All in all it took about an hour and the entire procedure was done. No pain killers, no numbing gels and a pain free procedure.
Highly recommended for all the attributes Google asked: Service, Quality, Cleanliness & Professionalism. Can't rate them for punctuality as I was myself late but I was still accommodated.
