After doing some research into what SMP was I started to look around to get more information and came across Alan at SMP Haircare Liverpool, after a few discussions I was confident this was what I wanted, Alan is fantastic, he was clear at explaining what this was, how it worked and how the procedure and treatment would take place, he answered all my questions and queries and made me feel at ease! Throughout the sessions he did a phenomenal job with my head and has helped me to regain my confidence so much I can’t believe how different I feel after getting this done, if your unsure about this but are thinking about it then get in touch with Alan, his rates are very good and i feel it is great value for money, he’ll answer all your queries and I guarantee that going with SMP Haircare Liverpool will change your life! I was considering getting SMP for a while due to my receding hairline and low confidence issues. Alan was very was friendly and made me feel comfortable about the whole thing. He put me at ease regarding worries about getting SMP. He answered all my questions/queries I had regarding it all. I was expecting it to hurt which wasn’t the case and I was worried with how it would look or my hairline wouldn’t look natural. He worked with me on the hairline and what I wanted/how I wanted it to look. It was very reasonable/affordable price wise also compared to other places. The results have made me beyond happy, my confidence has improved a lot and I feel it has made me look younger. Alan provided plenty of advice for aftercare and even went to the effort of checking up on me days after. I would recommend anyone considering getting SMP to goto Alan as he goes above and beyond and is very attention to detail, he really is a perfectionist. I have already passed details onto other friends who have lost confidence due to hair loss. I can’t thank you enough for what you have done for me. Absolute hero!

I feel that I have to write this review. 6 months ago, I had zero confidence in my appearance and it negatively impacted upon my self-esteem. As a woman, losing my hair due to chemotherapy was awful. Although it did grow back, it didn't completely grow back and I was left with a severe bald patch that will never grow back. Over the years I have tried every type of solution you can imagine. I heard about SMP Haircare through a friend. I was incredibly sceptical at first. I contacted SMP and spoke with Alan. I went for a free consultation. I will admit that I almost backed out but I am so glad that I didn't. I didn't know if this would be suitable for women. At the clinic, Alan was incredibly friendly and went out of his way to make me feel comfortable. The clinic was clean and welcoming and didn't feel too clinical. I decided to give it a try. This was THE best decision that I have ever made. I received my treatment over four sessions. Alan made the whole process a pleasure. I actually looked forward to receiving my treatments. There was no pain at all. Alan was also fantastic at allowing comfort breaks whenever they were needed. As a woman, I feel as though I have been given my life back. My husband and friends comment upon how more confident I am. I honestly cannot find the words to thank Alan enough and if you are reading this because you too are considering SMP, please just give them a call, it literally changed my life.

My husband just had this procedure done with Alan at SMP Haircare Liverpool , I was totally unsure at first not knowing much about it, but chatting to Alan with my concerns, he put me right at ease & seeing the results after procedure, I couldn’t recommend it more!!! Just for confidence alone. Alan was very friendly, knowledgeable about all my concerns & questions, but the results are amazing. I was recommended this by a friend and was so impressed! Ive had a full head done and so many people have noticed but not noticed it. When I’ve pointed it out they’ve all said it looks like my head is just shaved. I’m so pleased with it and can’t recommend Alan at SMP Haircare Liverpool enough.
