M. H.I’m so sorry that I cannot remember the name of the lovely midwife I saw today but I’ve never walked away from a midwife appointment so happy! It was my first appointment with my second baby and she was just amazing, so happy, so thoughtful we had such a laugh even my partner said how lovely she was. I wish I had her throughout my whole pregnancy because she was such a dream it’s made me even more excited for my second pregnancy and I hope we cross paths again.

S. M.Arrived at 10am on a Wednesday. Spoke to a very smiley man on Reception who took my details and checked me in. Was called through to Triage at 10.10am. Waited around 15-20mins and was called in to see the Nurse who was lovely - think her name was Liz/Lizzie. She was very thorough and checked me out and went over everything. Gave me my prescription, which I got before leaving, and was back home by 11am! I know the wait time can be longer but on this occasion I was very surprised and couldn’t fault them.

K. J.Very helpful and caring staff. Have been a few times with our son when we have been unable to get an appointment at the doctors. The last time we went our son had an ear infection, the nurse/doctor was brilliant with him, kept him entertained, explained everything thoroughly to us and was just generally a nice person. Can’t thank or praise the staff here enough.
