Been here for over 10 years. The reception staff are wonderful. Even going above and beyond when I have recently been unable to leave the house due to isolation. I feel if your kind they will be. Some patients have been very rude from what I've seen. Lovely Dr's too. Thank you

My husband and I have just moved to the area and I have to say that my experience with this surgery has been brilliant so far. We got registered very quickly and the girl on the reception also quickly sorted out my husband with his prescription for his inhalers as he was running out (my thanks!). Anytime I have had to go into the surgery in person, the staff have always been very helpful and professional. My husband also had to ring to see if he can get an appt to speak to a GP on a different matter. Even tho it took awhile to get through, he eventually did and got a telephone appt for the same afternoon. I know there has been alot of negative reviews recently and I will admit I was abit sceptical about joining but to be honest I can't fault the service we have had recently, it has been 110%!
