I have been meeting Dr Disha for a few months now. I first visited AcuMedic to seek help with my anxiety and physical symptoms. I must say, this being my first experience with complementary medicine, I have been blown away by the effects and clinical process. She examines my tongue and pulse and spends time each session discussing my symptoms in detail. Herbal medicines are prescribed according to this consultation: as my symptoms evolve, so does the medicine. I am greatly impressed by her experience and kindness, she really does care about her patients! There is never rushing, always a good amount of time spent on helping me. The acupuncture is also a very powerful treatment, and she is very good at explaining what she is doing and how it helps. After a few months, I am starting to feel better. When I first came to see her, I was very unwell, so the change is striking. Thank you Dr Disha!

Acumedic is one of the most amazing places that I have had the good fortune to walk in to. Also it is literally on my door step as I live in Camden. The Chinese medicine doctors there are knowledgeable, reliable, thorough and methodical. I know they really know what they are doing because previously when I actually stuck to their prescription and advice, my friends and family commented on what I looked like, saying that I looked incredibly healthy more than any other time in my life. I have been there for various problems, for menstruation issues, mental health, skin problems, general health. The key is to stay with the advice of the Chinese medicine doctor to actually witness the results for yourself. At the moment I am going there for massage with Domenico, he is warm, kind, caring and attentive. His massage, particularly on my back, is effective, with variable pressure according to my needs. I keep returning as it is one thing that I do to spoil myself, because I deserve it!

Life changing!! Highly recommend! I went in July, 2020 to Dr Yi with really heavy PMS symptoms (mood swings, cravings, and extremely painful breasts). He diagnosed that I have fibroids in my breasts. from then on nearly every week I have been having an acupuncture treatment with supporting medicines to rebalance my hormonal system. now 4 - 5 months later I am amazed of the results!! The fibroids are definitely disappearing, now it feels like I am having new - much softer breasts:)) My pms: very slight sweet cravings and the mood is definitely more stable. Slight swelling, but no pain in breasts before period. and the period itself is light and very regular and the colour of the blood seems so fresh ( which also tells about the health of the whole body)! i have recommended my doctor to so many of my girlfriends - periods don'y have to be the dark valley of pain!! I can’t say how grateful I am for the care Dr.Lily has given me. After giving birth to my first child, my hormones was all over the places, my milk didn’t have milk for the first 2 weeks and my face was full of painful acnes. I decided to reach for Chinese Medicine Treatment. I was so lucky to meet Dr. Lily, she diagnosed my symptoms, gave me acupuncture and prescribed my medicine. After few days, my milk started to arrive and more everyday. I was so grateful for Dr.Lily, thanks to her my daughter had mother milk. The acnes started to disappear. It was a long journeys but I don’t think i can get through it without Chinese medicine. That’s not the only miracle happen to me. Before Christmas i caught the corona virus, my symptom was very fatigue, breathless, dry cough. It wasn’t a pleasure time to go through. Fortunately, I got in touch with Dr.Lily quickly and she prescribed me some medicine to push my immune system and reduce the tiredness. The day before my prescription arrived, i was very tired and lost my sense of smell. The next day, my medicine came and as soon as i took my first pill, my sense came back. After 2 days, all my symptoms had gone. Chinese medicine might not get risk of the virus, but it helps me fight through it to recover quickly. Thank you very much again Dr.Lily!

I've been getting treatment here for about 5 months now from Dr. Gong and I'm seeing amazing results. I initially came because I wanted to cure floaters in my eyes that got worse over the years. The floaters have since improved, but I've also seen other improvements. My skin is now really smooth and radiant, I've got more energy, my hands and feet that are usually cold have gotten warmer, my temper has improved and even my hair is starting to grow back! A lot of my friends say I look much younger! Dr Gong is very precise when prescribing Chinese herbs and tweaks them each week to my ever changing condition. Her acupuncture skills are also top notch which she inherited from her grand uncle who is a master acupuncturist in China. The price for acupuncture and herbs each week may seem a little dear but I feel is worth every penny.

Dr Gong is an excellent doctor! Finally after 10 years suffering from PCOS and not having my period unless taking pills, it seems like thanks to my weekly acupuncture sessions and the natural herbal treatment I had for 3 months, my body and hormones are getting back on track. I started having acupuncture and taking Chinese herbs about 18 months ago. In the first session the acupuncture made me feel significantly better, more calm and relaxed. My main reasons for having treatment were to combat the effects of large and multiple fibroids which were starting to have too many adverse symptoms and my only other course of action was a hysterectomy which I did not want. The acupucturists are very experienced and Dr Lily is really lovely and probably the most professional Chinese doctor in her field, she is a fully trained doctor and I do trust her opinion.
