We have been with the Adelaide Medical Centre for 17 years. They are an excellent Practice and we consider ourselves very lucky to be registered with them.The doctors are kind and thorough and the reception staff helpful and polite, and always go out of their way to try and accommodate everyone's needs. No easy task!! I cannot recommend this Practice more highly.

In the many years I've been with the practice I've never had a receptionist that wasn't polite, helpful and efficient. The reviews about rude receptionists do not reflect my experience. I have found this practice exceptionally well run: the phone is answered, I can have an appointment (or call) on the same day for urgent matters, I have been referred promptly when necessary. I have nothing but praise for the nurses and doctors.

I have been a patient here for way over a decade I left and came back as the level of care I have received here has been unmatched by any other surgery I have attended. Dr Marcus Craven is literally a Knight in shining armour not to take away from the rest of the team but this man is an absolutely angel and Agnes on reception is the kindest and most dedicated receptionist I have ever come across, although all the receptionist do their best remember to be kind the whole team has been pushed to their absolute limits during this pandemic but still maintain a very high standard of care ❤ WELL DONE ADELAIDE MEDICAL CENTRE STAFF X

It's a great if busy GP. All the Doctors and nursing staff are lovely. The reception team are overworked and can sometimes be a little fierce.. but all work to make this an effective practice. Initial telephone call contact but the Dr invites you in if you need to be seen.

I have nothing but great comments of all the staff at the adelaide medical centre, Doctor vedri is the best doctor I have ever dealt with, she listens to you & takes notice of everything, the nurse are lovely but have to say the shining star of the adelaide medical centre is the lovely Angus head of receptionists she looked out for my mum before her death & has carried on the roll with my sisters & me, which really means the world to us.

I really like Adelaide. I always get appointments quickly, which is why I changed over here from another GP. They also have alot of female doctors, which I appreciate. If you are gentle and kind with the front desk, they are very kind and helpful.

We're extremely happy with the service and support we've received at this Surgery. Emergency appointments are always available and unwell children are thoroughly examined and treated with appropriate seriousness. I can highly recommend this Practice and the experienced GPs working there.

I am a professional health advocate and I attend gp surgeries all over London supporting patients who have no fixed address and other complex needs....the receptionists were excellent..the waiting area warm and comfortable..appointment was on time..Dr Roberts handled the consultation professionally with warmth and compassion.. Lovely GPs - especially Karen Miller and Karen McClay (sp?). Always easy enough to get an appointment and has a few nice modern touches like digital check-in and info screens.

Me and my family have been registered with the surgery over 15 years. The service is of a good standard, I have been able to get emergency appointment for me and children every time one was needed. Being able to use online services has also been a plus for me as I can make/cancel appointments at my own time and convenience. Although Dr F A Loughridge is greatly missed, my experience with other doctors has been very good and I can recommend the surgery to others.

As someone who has lived outside the UK most of her life, I must say I am pleasantly surprised by the socialist medicine model. Usually public institutions fail to function on the same level a private one with investors would. For a public model of healthcare, this really is the best and most advanced in the world. It works, and people literally don't have to pay to survive (as you would in some cases overseas), now if only a bit more private money and investments were injected into the NHS it could really improve its' preventive medicine program, which I am sorry to say is nonexistent.

It's a decent GP practice. The few doctors I've seen or spoke to have been pretty good, Dr May Momen was very good and listens. I found Dr Jasvir Virdi quite dismissive and unhelpful. Not being able to book an appointment online is also slightly annoying due to the long wait times to get through to reception via telephone. All in all, the place is decent.
